Major changes are happening in downtown Marshall as the long-vacant building at 112 N. Eagle Street transforms. The new Venue 19 Zero 9, named after Schuler’s founding year in 1909, will occupy the historic Dreamers Furniture store, blending Schuler’s legacy with modern elegance for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. The venue will feature a reception room for 250 guests, intimate seating areas, bridal quarters, large restrooms, and three boutique hotel rooms. Schuler’s Restaurant will provide exclusive catering for exceptional culinary experiences.

Built in 1927 as an all-boy Catholic boarding school. It eventually evolved into a renowned military school for boys. Throughout its history the school stayed true to its Catholic roots and the nuns who served and taught here. Operating until 1982 the stories written within its walls are still told today. Re-emerging with a new mission and purpose in April of 1991, Nazareth Hall was reborn. It is in this picturesque place, reminiscent of castles of old, that brides come to be married and celebrate with family and friends in grand ballrooms. The Italian American Club of Livonia was founded in 1977. With membership growing, a momentous decision was made in 1990 to build a new Clubhouse & Banquet facility. With then President, Tony Greco, spearheading the effort, financing was obtained and ground was broken in 1993, culminating with a Grand Opening Gala. We opened in August of 1994 with a beautiful 26,000 square foot, two level facility located on 5.21 acres of land at Five Mile Road and the I-275 Expressway in Livonia, Michigan. Serving the Metro Detroit Area in grand style, our premier facility is a wonderful venue for gatherings of all types.
