Barn on Bridge provided an exceptional experience for our wedding day! Amanda Frangoulis, our event manager, went above and beyond to ensure every detail aligned with our vision, including arranging a private tasting when my husband couldn’t attend the quarterly one. I provided a detailed menu that reflected my vision for a fall rustic wedding, and the culinary team executed it with incredible precision. For hors d’oeuvres, we selected salmon deviled eggs, southwest crab cake bites, lobster mac & cheese bites, Caprese skewers, and Mediterranean lamb burger sliders with tzatziki sauce. Our first course was an unforgettable butternut squash sweet potato soup with pumpkin seeds poured tableside over butternut squash cubes—a show-stopping experience! For entrees, we had spicy honey-glazed panko-crusted salmon, apple cider-glazed chicken, and butternut squash ravioli with brown sage butter sauce and toasted pine nuts, paired with kale & apple salad, garlic Parmesan green beans, and sweet potato mash (If you ever use these dishes, you’re going to have to credit Barn on Bridge and me!). Guests raved about the delicious and perfectly executed dishes, and I was thrilled to hear the culinary team plans to adopt some of my suggestions into future menus! Thalia, our day-of coordinator, ensured everything ran seamlessly and went the extra mile by preparing leftovers for us—a thoughtful touch that allowed us to savor the incredible food later. I also want to emphasize that successful weddings are a partnership. Often, dissatisfaction stems from a lack of clear communication, but this team is exceptional at walking you through every step. They genuinely care about your vision and execute it with precision. I felt supported, valued, and cared for throughout the process. If you communicate your ideas, Barn on Bridge will deliver above and beyond. I wholeheartedly recommend them for an unforgettable wedding experience!

My fiancé and I were looking for a rustic wedding venue, not a ballroom, preferably a venue with space to be outside (weather permitting). We visited a few options in the Philly area and fell in love with the John James Audubon Center! The space offers SO many options for an outdoor or indoor ceremony. They host receptions in the pavilion which is open with huge windows and firepits outside! The site is beautiful, and everyone we’ve worked with has been immensely helpful! After officially booking for our October 2024 wedding, we planned to visit with our parents. What was originally intended to be a quick stroll around the grounds turned into an impromptu tour with the venue manage. She answered all of our parents' questions and even brought out photo books of previous weddings for us to flip through together. With the wedding right around the corner now, we could not be more thrilled with our decision and can't wait to be there next month to celebrate our big day!

Terrain absolutely exceeded our expectations. Our coordinator Eileen was amazing to work with; she frequently met with us along the way, answering our many questions, and helping to keep it all moving. Everything was truly wonderful from the food & drinks (which we got many, many compliments about) to the staff's support throughout the night (it rained five minutes before our outdoor ceremony, and they kept us calm and reset the chairs in time as if nothing had happened). I was so excited when I found this venue and the experience did not disappoint. I definitely underestimated the time and stress involved in planning a wedding, but Peachtree Catering makes it so easy. You met our designated Peachtree coordinator at our menu tasting and that kicked off all the detail start work: food and drink options, color schemes, linens, etc. and they will work directly with your additional vendors (DJ, florist, etc.). Everything is really organized and easy, from digital look books, to table setting mock-ups, all of the little details were already thought of, we just needed to make selections based on our personal style. I can't emphasize enough how awesome the staff is - the day went perfectly, the food was fantastic, the table settings and service were perfect, I can't think of any detail that was overlooked! Our day of rockstars were Ashley and George who made sure we were fed, got to taste every appetizer, and I don't think there was an empty water or wine glass all night!

We cannot thank Jamie and Kathy enough for making our vow renewal so special. The whole day felt like it was straight out of a movie. From the very beginning of planning, they were clear, organized, and thoughtful. Every detail was seamless, from being transparent about pricing from the start to the end of brunch when one of our friends arrived late and their team made him a breakfast sandwich so he would still have something to eat. That kind of care did not go unnoticed. From the moment we walked into the hotel and the front desk greeted us with such warmth, I felt so welcomed I actually cried. The little touches like apples and water for guests, the amazing bartenders on our first night at the cafe bar and at our event in the Montrose Mansion, the care their team took with the gift bags, and making sure everyone fit comfortably into the venue all meant so much. And the food… it was impeccable. Both dinner and brunch were better than anything we could have dreamed up. It is a huge testament to their organization and communication skills that we were able to plan the entire event from California without worry. There are no words to describe how thankful we are. Jamie, Kathy, and the team at the Inn at Villanova made our weekend unforgettable, and we feel so lucky to have worked with them. Tristan & Sean

The Drexelbrook did an excellent job hosting our baby shower. Their buffet and dessert bar options were delicious and plentiful. They took good care of our guests who needed vegan, gluten-free options or a kid's meal. One of the highlights of our celebration was a "make your own bouquet" bar for guests. It was an option that Drexelbrook suggested, based on our shower theme. They worked with us to ensure that we could decorate and arrange the space to meet the needs of our event. There is plenty of free parking on site.

Carina was our wedding coordinator and was fantastic from the beginning! She was on top of everything and made sure our wedding day was perfect! We looked at several venues, but Penn Oaks had everything we were looking for and more. There’s a lot included in their 2 wedding packages, which made our decision easy. The bridal suite is very spacious and big enough for my bridal party of 7. Cocktail hour was a hit! They have two beautiful ceremony options (inside/outside) and are flexible if a change needed to be made due to weather. Don’t miss this venue!
