We hired Alex's team to be our day-of coordinator, but she was always available to be our advocate or simply tell us we weren't crazy and that was in fact not the way things should be done when we ran into issues. On the wedding day, her team put out fires that we never needed to worry about and put in extra work after our wedding day while we were on our honeymoon advocating for us to resolve issues with vendors that didn't fulfill their commitment on our wedding day. If I could go back, I would do the same thing over again! From the very beginning, Hanna felt like a friend. On top of that, she’s very knowledgeable, organized, and can probably answer any question you’d ever have. Throughout the planning process, I always felt supported. Hanna responds quickly to emails and was always in my corner helping me make the right decisions when I had no clue what I was doing. There’s no way our wedding would have turned out so seamless and beautiful if it wasn’t for HME. On our wedding day, everything went smoothly and beautifully. They were so on top of everything, they worked with the other vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page, it couldn’t have gone better. Having them there took off more stress than I can explain, and instead of worrying about random things, we got to enjoy our day and take in each moment. Lastly, content creation! We opted out of doing a videographer and instead chose content creation with HME. Best decision ever!!! She captured all the moments, big and small. She captured details from the venue, our first look, ceremony, dancing, etc etc. Anything you’d want videos of, Hanna’s got it. It’s been so fun to reminisce on our day, and looking back at all the videos is the best part. Hanna captured once in a lifetime moments that came and went in an instant, but now we have forever. “Kastina Morrison is the epitome of event excellence. We hired Kastina & Co. for day-of (really, month-of) wedding coordination for our outdoor ceremony at a non-traditional farm venue. Kastina dove right in, offering a curated list of 5-star vendors, brainstorming for decor, and setting several meetings to keep things on track. We had a lot of cannabis elements (a very new thing in Minnesota), but Kastina was able to help us find the right partners to stay compliant and classy. The best part, aside from Kastina’s immensely positive and creative spirit, is her organizational skills. She created many invaluable documents, including an incredibly detailed run-of-show that outlined our wedding down to the minute. Every single person, whether it was a vendor, a wedding party person, or a family member, knew precisely where they needed to be when. Just as important is Jacki's understanding of wedding days and special events, their timelines, working with other vendors as a team, and how best to be able to touch up your makeup throughout the day (esp those lips!) and making sure you look fresh!
