We went with Hook Club’s 7 piece DJ Band, and they were above and beyond fantastic. They curated a setlist that somehow, despite the wide range of music, flowed together and was cohesive. The dance floor was absolutely lit; even my brother who was on crutches and had a torn labrum couldn’t stay away. They are also true professionals - the planning process was easy, they were prompt in all communication, and on the day of they handled venue-related hiccups with grace. They were the first vendor to arrive to ensure a thorough set up, and the last to leave. They are truly such a special, one of a kind group, and I cannot recommend them enough. Trained at Dubspot School of Electronic Music in New York City, Davis Mallory's DJ style is influenced by his childhood in Atlanta, Georgia, time exploring the music scenes of Chicago, Europe and New York, Los Angeles and Music City: Nashville, Tennessee. Davis has performed at countless weddings, nightclubs and fundraisers with some career highlights including: the Denver Nuggets Halftime Show, opening for Eurovision winner Netta in Stockholm, Country Music Fest 2014, Amsterdam's Club NYX and MadFox, the Anheuser-Busch Awards opening for James Corden and KC & the Sunshine Band, and Vanderbilt Homecoming playing with Aaron Carter.
