What some of you may or may not know is that I have two superpowers. During the day, I teach middle school English Language Arts. In the evenings, I turn sugar & flour into sensational works of delicious, edible art. I've been teaching for 11+ years and baking for over 40 years. ​ Both are my passions. As much joy as I get out of teaching, baking is the icing on the cake! About 11 years ago, I turned my hobby baking into a "side hustle" that grew into a thriving business. Welcome y'all! We're mobile frozen ice-pop purveyors on the streets of New Orleans. IT ALL STARTED...one hot day in NOLA. We started making popsicles to cool down and entertain the kiddos. We decided to quit our day jobs. We bought some cargo bikes. We put a freezer on it and started selling pops around the neighborhood. Next, we bought a doorbell.

In the early 1970’s, Paul’s Pastry Shop located in Picayune, Mississippi, began filling the King Cakes with an assortment of Fruits and Cream Cheese, then topping them with the brightly colored Mardi Gras sugars and sliced almonds… thus beginning a new tradition of the Mardi Gras King Cake. Our customers not only have the choice of the traditional cinnamon king cake, but also an exotic, deliciously filled King Cake with your choice of up to four flavors in the same cake.

My passion is creating delicious things, anywhere from cocktails to popsicles. It has become my passion to make tasty frozen treats with local & sustainable ingredients. My goal is to make my clients happy and share with them my elegant gourmet popsicles.
