It is a blank canvas filled with large windows, a corner space and access to Occidental Park right out front of our doors! Create the special day of your dreams! We've made our space as one stop shop, including resources to event planning, event design, floral design, dj needs, photographers + so much more, or bring in your own! BYO food + beverage. We do not have a commercial kitchen on site therefore food cannot be prepared on site, but it can be brought in and set up already made. We do have a small kitchen that can be used for light prep, and bar use.

Imperia Lake Union is situated in former historic Lake Union Café, originally built in 1927 and converted to an event venue over 20 years ago. Fremont Abbey is our main venue at 43rd & Fremont Avenue North in Seattle. The 1914 building was reopened in 2008 after undergoing major renovations including seismic, design, environment & visual improvements. As of 2023, we have installed a brand new HVAC system with air filtration and air-conditioning to our main upstairs hall. Now a beautiful & welcoming multi-use venue with a warm vintage style, the Abbey welcomes up to 250 people for events of many varieties including nonprofit galas, private weddings, receptions, parties, meetings, workshops, classes and more. We view weddings as an artistic, creative, community-celebrated gathering centered around the love and commitment of two people.
