We could not have asked for a better venue. Their all inclusive package cannot be beat. They provide decor, day of coordinator, planner, caterer, desserts, DJ & more. The grounds are beautiful. The location is perfect, so close to everything which made planning our rehearsal & lodging so easy. The staff is incredible. From the young men who opened the barn doors for my entrance, the planner, Theresa, to our Coordinator Hector, we could not have asked for more. They were amazingly kind, helpful & kept our day running perfectly. 10/10 absolutely loved the Barn @ Crescent Lake!

We got married here on one of the glass bottom boats (Chief Potackee, the ADA one) and it was incredible. I did all my communication with them (Mackenzie) thru email as this was a destination "elopement" style minimony for us. Communication was incredible, all my questions were answered promptly, the boat was lovely and they were super accommodating the entire day. Captain Bill was also super amazing and accommodating the day of the rehearsal. The boat ceremony was very untraditional which was super us and we loved- however I will note that if you're looking for the traditional aisle walk, with ceremony starting immediately afterwards, the boat may not be what you're looking for. There technically is a "bridal room" for getting ready, but it's only included if you also book the ballroom reception space. I got a hotel room at the Holiday Inn across the street and got ready there- which was totally fine. Bride, groom & all guests/vendors are requested to get there 30 mins early, to get everyone on the boat. Then bride (and father/whoever) walks to the boat. No music (wasn't a problem for us, probably could have been done if you're creative about it tho). There is a bit (10 - 15min) of a boat ride to the ceremony "staging" area, in which you cannot stand because the boat is moving. Once you get to the staging area, you can stand and the ceremony starts. When the ceremony is over, you sit again and have whatever time left of the hour to do a mini boat tour. I would 1000% recommend this experience to anyone looking for a nontraditional ceremony experience.

From the moment we booked Casani Estates for our wedding, the communication with the staff was always clear, timely, and thorough. They were incredibly flexible and accommodating to all of our requests, helping to make our special day perfect. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with multiple options for the ceremony location that allowed us to create the exact atmosphere we were going for. The size was perfect for our 80 guest wedding, and the owners were even present during the event to ensure everything ran smoothly - they helped with parking and other logistical details that took the stress off us and they worked well with our wedding planner. We are so grateful for their responsiveness and dedication to making our wedding day exactly as we had envisioned. We would very highly recommend Casani Estates to any couple looking for a gorgeous, flexible, and well-run wedding venue, especially if looking for a "one-stop shop" place - we had our ceremony and reception here. Casani worked well with all of our vendors.

Where Are Florida's Most Accessible Wedding Venues?
