Established in 1750 as an English land grant in the picturesque White Mountains of Maine (then the “Massachusetts Bay Colony”), Hardy Farm remained in the same family for ten generations prior to being purchased by Greg and Deborah Link in 2001. After a The Links transformed Hardy Farm into a very special and unique “rustic elegant” venue for weddings and events offering an authentically historic feel, with a distinctly unique ambiance of contemporary yet rustic elegance featuring all of today's modern amenities. Hardy Farm accommodates up to 32 people overnight and the property encompasses 13 acres with beautiful gardens and stone patios, fire pit, the farmhouse, barn, lodge, woodland chapel, and their own 103’ sailcloth tent. Guests at Hardy Farm enjoy the beautiful rural New England setting with convenient proximity to North Conway, NH, and the Mt. Washington Valley, offering a myriad of year-round outdoor activities.

The Barn on the Pemi is a fully restored and renovated mid-1800’s barn. At over 10,000 square feet of event space, this venue is a rustic and expansive location in which to host small receptions or grand affairs. Surrounded by a secluded pastoral landscape, The Barn exudes a classic rural New England charm. Ceremonies can be held in our climate controlled barn, on our terrace or in our seasonal greenhouse. The surrounding mountains add a beautiful backdrop for your photos. The barn interior will host your cocktail hour and reception. Our on-site catering chefs will serve locally-sourced dishes that highlight the best of New England’s farms. You can also enjoy craft cocktails, local beer, and vintage wines from the two full-service bars that the venue includes. The barn at ColdSpring Farm was built in 2008-09 and updated as a venue in 2019. It is a true post and beam barn intended originally for our horses but they prefer to be outside no matter what the weather or season! The barn is rustic yet elegant and has many lovely features to facilitate your special day! The downstairs is fully equipped for dining or dancing, cocktails or even your ceremony should rain threaten. The upstairs is bright, open and typically where dinner is served and a great place for dancing into the evening. A sweet Bride's Cottage sits near our ceremony area. It is a magical little cottage meant for the bride and her party. The ceremony area is fully of live edge benches and a beautiful cedar arbor. And finally, the patio has a large fire pit, a bocce court, rustic tables and plenty of spots for s'mores and fun throughout your day and evening.
