We take care of every detail with our comprehensive services, including setup and breakdown, expert wedding venue coordination, comfortable lodging, cozy fire pits, and beautiful ceremony sites. Create the perfect lifetime memory with us, uniquely tailored to your vision. We host elegant barn receptions for up to 150 guests year-round and tented outdoor weddings for up to 250* guests from May through November. Intimate elopements and micro weddings are also available through the winter months.

Featuring 2,200 square feet of indoor space and a 1,200-square-foot outdoor patio overlooking the lake, it's ideal for your dream Maine wedding. With a warm and inviting atmosphere, the barn accommodates events of all sizes. For weddings with more than 150 seated guests, a tent is required for an outdoor reception to ensure everyone enjoys the stunning lakeside setting.

Mr. & Mrs V in November
My husband and I are coming up on a year of getting married at Bear Mountain in November 2024. After being caught up in the life of newlyweds and reflecting a year later- we wish we could relive the weekend all over again. We had a seamless and effortless time planning the wedding with all of the different people at Bear Mountain including Jessica. This venue was only the second stop when looking for our spot to get married. Once we pulled into the quintessential New England venue- we were sold. It also helped we just had a fresh, heavy snowfall to make everything look even more magical. On our wedding weekend, we loved that we had an extra night just to ourselves before guests arrived. The day of rehearsal we both got the best massages in the spa cottage, and had incredible personal breakfasts delivered to the couples cottage every morning. Our friends and family still rave about the wedding, the views of the lake, the bar, the timeless and classic barn with gorgeous chandeliers. The ceremony view was unmatched as the sunset. They loved the food and the cocktail hour on the patio with fire pits and heaters after the sun set. We love that we live so close and drive by occasionally when heading north. It’s also so sweet that we have the ability to return to book a sweet cozy stay in any season, but especially our anniversary. It’s also special that they host events year round that we can join as well. My husband and I recommend this venue to anyone and everyone looking for a sweet, personal, and cozy wedding venue. Thank you to Nick and Jessica for making our wedding one we will dream about as we grow old together!

We were lucky enough to have our wedding weekend at Bear Mountain Inn and it was absolutely perfect. The venue is stunning and brought our dream wedding to life. Jessica and the Bear Mountain team were incredible from start to finish. They made everything feel easy, and we fully trusted them. The wedding day ran so smoothly. We’re so grateful for all the hard work they put into making our day so special. We highly recommend Bear Mountain Inn to anyone thinking of having a wedding there. They truly exceeded our expectations! We cannot wait to go back and stay there again!

Bear Mountain Inn Barn was the perfect venue for our wedding day. From our first contact, their communication was thorough, prompt, and clear, which put us at ease throughout the planning process. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful--a thoughtful combination of modern and traditional elements that created a truly unique and memorable atmosphere for our celebration. The team (shoutout to Mellanie, Jessica and Andrea!) was always available when we needed something, and they were willing to problem-solve and work with us through any challenging decisions, which was especially important when working with multiple inputs/perspectives. We are so grateful to the Bear Mountain Inn Barn staff for helping to make our wedding day even better than we could have imagined it.
Phenomenal Experience All Around!
Take away the perfect June weather and this wedding was still everything we could have asked for, in large part due to the wonderful people at Bear Mountain Inn Barn. The grounds are beautiful and by staying Thu-Sun we had the opportunity to not only enjoy the stunning water backdrop during the ceremony, but also go swimming and kayaking in the downtime on Fri and Sat. The staff were consummate professionals who made us feel at home from check-in through check-out. And from a planning perspective, the venue was extremely easy to work with. My wife and I are busy professionals who knew we couldn't (and didn't want to) plan a wedding on our own, but we also have plenty of opinions. Bear Mountain Inn did a great job taking care of all the nitty gritty while still providing us an outlet to share our thoughts and capture our vision. We are so happy we had our wedding at Bear Mountain Inn and can't wait to come back for a weekend getaway.
