Due to having our wedding on a weekday, we were able to reserve the venue the day before our wedding to be able to set up and have everything ready early, which was a huge plus. Their vintage rental room is an absolute treasure trove of decorations, signs, candles, and anything else you can think of that you would need to decorate! For what you have access to, the rental price of it is a huge cost saver! Everyone we worked with was kind, friendly, helpful and very accommodating. From Laura, to Amanda, Emma, Ellie and the extremely helpful woman who we had for our two planning visits, we felt welcomed. Don’t pass up the chance to have your wedding here! All of our guests raved about it! We had a rainy, late fall day for our wedding, & the pictures & day couldn’t have been more perfect!

It will be the greatest event next to the first time we said "I Do". The setting is everything you could hope for. Picturesque, quiet, serene. So much room both inside and outdoors to celebrate any function you could imagine. It was obvious on our first visit that the hosts at the Barn have thought of everything to make your event unforgettable. From the interior decor to the outdoors landscape and natural setting, it is perfect, especially for weddings. There are so many areas to take photos that are a photographer's dream. The Barn can be decorated to suit your taste, or, it is beautiful on its own with a warm, inviting environment. The amenities are accommodating, a wonderful kitchen, bride and groom dressing rooms, comfortable seating areas, outdoor areas are nature's best. The venue itself is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated - exactly what we were looking for. On the day of our wedding, their day-of coordinator seamlessly handled the transition from our planned outdoor ceremony to an indoor one due to unexpected rain. They set up the space beautifully and kept us on schedule so the entire day ran smoothly. Even though it wasn't exactly how we had originally planned, the Makoy team made sure everything was perfect, and we wouldn't change a thing. BOOK WITH NAZARETH HALL!! I can not say enough good things about this wedding venue. First of all it’s gorgeous!!! And they checked all of our boxes and more. We were looking for an all inclusive venue and that is just what they do. Venue, catering, alcohol and ceremony and reception all in one place! Their wedding coordinators make the wedding planning process so easy. They were available for any email or phone call any time. They provide you with a preferred vendor book which is amazing and helped us pick ALL of our vendors. The food and bar service were great and I got so many compliments from family and friends. Last but not least they provide you with a day of coordinator! She took all the stress away on the wedding day, communicated with the preacher, musicians, etc and made sure everyone was lined up correctly! As a bride I couldn’t appreciate this enough! She also brought my husband and I drinks all night so we could stay with family and friends and dance and didn’t have to worry about going down to the bar. Nazareth hall is amazing and I can’t say enough great things about them! If you are looking for a wedding venue look no further!

One day last July I saw online that The Barn had a cancellation and a wedding date in September. I reached out to inquire and Laura was SO kind, helpful and prompt with communication. We loved the venue and booked, sent out invitations and planned our wedding super quickly (after 10 years together.) Every step of the way went smoothly with planning and communication and we absolutely LOVED having our wedding there. We had room for a live band, there was plenty of parking, lots of great places for photo ops on the property, a lovely bridal room to get ready in, a silo gazebo, we could choose our own caterer, there plenty of seating (we loved the church pews and the wooden chairs,) and there were just so many other nice touches. We bought small glass jars which they filled with their honey (for a reasonable fee) and we gave our guests Honey Blossom Orchard honey as the wedding reception favor. (Btw-their honey IS absolutely delicious!) We can’t say enough good about The Barn as a wedding/reception venue and if you are looking for somewhere relaxed, rustic and beautiful to have your wedding, this is your place:)

Our wedding turned out to be everything we dreamed of and more! Mary and the rest of the staff really went above and beyond to help us make our day special. The hall and outdoor space were perfect. The park is lovely and offers so many possibilities for ceremonies. Our gazebo ceremony though was really the fairytale wedding that I have always dreamed of. The food was also fantastic, our guests went on and on about it even after the wedding. We can not thank Mary and the staff enough for everything they did to make our dreams come true.

We chose Bloom & Bower for our wedding reception and it was the best decision we could have ever made (aside from marrying each other, of course). The venue itself was beautiful and was decorated to match our ideas and beyond. We were able to make use of the indoor and outdoor spaces during the reception. The property is gorgeous and there is plenty of space for picture opportunities and for guests to walk around or play yard games. My bridesmaids and I used the bed and breakfast the night before and got ready there in the morning. It was perfect and made for great getting ready photos. Plus the decorations are so cute inside. The Bloom & Bower staff exceeded all our our expectations and were ready to help with anything and everything. They were also beyond kind. In preparation from the reception, we were able to meet with the owner multiple times to tour the venue and for two planning meetings to make sure she understood exactly what we were hoping for. The owner, Margaret, is the most kind and genuine person. She was so supportive of all of our ideas and was there to make sure our day went smoothly. I will recommend this place to everyone! I couldn't imagine having our special day anywhere else.

Where to start! If I could give more stars I would!! My spouse and I have been together for over 20 years and we wanted our fairy-tail wedding. Well we had it! We love the outdoors and feeling like we are up north! The moment we saw Twisted Roots, it screamed US!! The owners of the venue made it a spectacular day from start to finish. When I say start, I mean from the initial call. We were able to come out to do multiple site visits with our wedding party, family members, and our vendors. Erica and Jeffrey made us feel at home every time we stopped by! There offered suggestions and also were very open to ideas we threw their way. We were able to come in the day before the wedding to do an early set up and the day after our event to do our pick ups. This flexibility allowed us the wiggle room to just focus on the day itself. The venue setting is breathtaking!! We had our wedding under the pergola with a tent brought in for the reception. The venue offered a wonderful bridal suite, a grand room for also getting ready in, restrooms, outdoor electricity for our DJ, and lighting. Top that off with a bonfire!! If you are looking for a stunning unique venue, and you want to work with people who care about your special day, I recommend checking this location out!! I want to start by saying I was not at all looking for a “barn” or a “rustic” place to get married. The Barn at Walnut Creek is so much more though... the space is so versatile that you can really make it more modern inside, or stick with a rustic vibe. It’s such a beautiful venue, so we were excited when we found out how reasonable the pricing is—much lower than some of the other upscale venues in the area. The bridal suite was amazing to use on the day of the wedding! The bar space was perfect, and the restrooms are really nice too. All of our guests loved the space and had a great experience overall! The owner was wonderful to work with—she was so helpful throughout the entire planning process! I recommend this venue highly!

I could not have envisioned a more perfect place for our wedding reception than Stonebridge. This is a stunning venue! We had our reception at Stonebridge on Friday, 5/31/24. Kim helped us coordinate everything from the beginning and made everything so easy. Stonebridge is great because it includes catering, lots of decor, and ceremony too, though we had our ceremony elsewhere. Having catering through the venue made it that much easier because we didn't have to look for another vendor for this. The outdoor cocktail hour space was beautiful and perfect. Having the outdoor tiki bar in addition to the indoor bar helped move the line along. We had buffet style dinner, and we got so many compliments on our food. The garlic mashed potatoes and bronzed salmon with capers were the clear winners, but everything was so good. The event managers of the day, Sarah and Hannah, were amazing. They checked in on my husband and I frequently to make sure we always had what we needed, and brought us so much peace of mind! If anything went wrong, I don't know about it, because they along with Kim ensured that everything was taken care of. All decorations supplied by Stonebridge were set up and taken down for us at no extra cost, but we also opted to pay a little extra to have Stonebridge's staff clean up the decorations that we brought, which eased a lot of the burden on our families. This was 100% worth every penny. Everything got cleaned up that night and they took great care of our things so nothing was damaged. They also assisted in setting up our donut table shown in one of the attached photos! Pictures don't do this beautiful place justice but hopefully you can get an idea :)

The team at Lake Forest Golf Club was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The Hancock Hotel was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we started planning, their communication was direct, responsive, and attentive. On our special day, the staff was friendly to guests and on pointe to our needs, and they even took our gifts up to our suite at the end of the night. The Hancock Hotel had everything we could have needed all in one beautiful space. The hotel was brightly decorated for the season with lights, trees, snowflakes and more, which fit in with our theme perfectly. The entire event was so streamlined from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception. Our main choice in deciding to go with the Hancock Hotel was that it was going to make it easy for our guests to not have to travel to multiple locations. The food was absolutely delicious, over a month out from the event, our guests are still talking about it. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate our marriage.

We absolutely loved having our wedding at Findlay Country Club in October '20. The venue was incredibly gorgeous (especially in the fall), the food was delicious, and there were so many beautiful places for pictures. Lindsay, helped us through our planning, gave us tons of ideas, and was so organized. She helped us out a LOT day-of with keeping things moving and on-track and going above and beyond her responsibilities. I can't thank her and the FCC staff for making our special day perfect - I wouldn't have changed anything!

Its been two weeks since our wedding and we have not stopped getting compliments on our venue. It was beautiful, the food was great, service was fantastic. It may just be the stress of being an anxiety-ridden bride, I found the staff a little hard to work with in the planning phases. My husband took it over for me and had no issues, so probably a me-thing. But throughout the whole process, Daphne was very professional, communicative, and the day was everything we had dreamed it to be. Even my mother was tremendously happy with the venue, and she's not easy to please!
