Jessica was the first officially wedding held here in June of 2016 and her twin sister was married here two months later. Here at the Franciscan Event Center in Centennial, Colorado we have everything you need to successfully host your next special event. We only host to one event per day, which means you exclusively have our entire event center at your fingertips! We have an indoor facility that can easily be segmented depending on your event’s needs which seats around 385 people comfortably. If you prefer to host your event outside, our outdoor facilities can comfortably fit over 500 people and we have tents available. We have the audio/visual equipment you require for presentations and table and chair arrangements suited for all types of occasions. We even have a 500 square foot dance floor in our newly renovated hall. The Lumber Baron Inn & Gardens is an enchanting wedding venue located in Denver, Colorado. Dating back to 1890, this mansion was romantically constructed by John Mouat as an ode to his beloved wife, Amelia. After more than a century, it now operates as a luxurious Bed and Breakfast as well as an attractive event destination. The mansion has been beautifully restored to its original floor plan. The spacious third floor ballroom gives access to the top of the turret with great views of Downtown Denver and the surrounding Potter Highland neighborhood. In the 1890s, the ballroom originally hosted teas, dances and social functions for the elite of Denver through the 1890s continuing on into the early 1900s. Behind the mansion, is our amazing spacious garden. It is an oasis in the city. Shaded by enormous narrow leafed cottonwood trees and filled with a variety of flowers, and fountains, the garden is amazing.

The Estes Valley Community Center is a new, modern facility centrally located near Lake Estes, with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Our reception room features adjustable lighting, an integrated audio/visual system, lots of windows, and a large patio. Guests are often surprised how nice it is for a Community Center. We have a full commercial kitchen with many amenities that are often used for rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, and after-wedding brunch. In the summer and fall, our patio can be used for additional space to fulfill your wedding vision. If you are looking for an outdoor venue for a summer wedding or reception, the Lake Estes Marina Pavilion is a fun option.
