“Justin was lovely to work with from the start. He was booked for another wedding, but he paired us up with Rob, an associate DJ of his. Both Rob and Justin were so so fun to work with. Rob took the time to text or set up whatever zoom calls we felt we needed. For the actual day, Rob was amazing. We had dinner service, reception, and "after party". Robs killed it with his flow between songs, and was incredibly accommodating and flexible if we had any requests in the moment, and was able to dodge or handle any "questionable" song requests that came his way. We knew that he always put my husband and I's wishes first. We also had multiple people comment on how good the DJ was during the reception, and after the fact! He also went above and beyond to pull heroics the day of to get some of our DIY spot lighting set up that wasn't set up the night prior. Rob was incredible to work with, and just as fun to chat with. Will miss working with them, but absolutely will be following their journeys and would use them again in a heartbeat! So thankful for Justin and Rob!”

“I cannot say enough good things about our experience here. From Min and Morten, to all the advisors that helped us, to all the staff who worked the venue for set up, the cooks, the servers, the bartenders, and not to mention how insanely good the food was - every single aspect of this place and the people there were truly magnificent. I was excited to marry the love of my life, sure, but after 16 years together I really viewed this as just a big party to celebrate with all the people in our lives. I expected and welcomed that view. To say it exceeded expectations is overwhelmingly unfair - it completely blew my mind how amazing the whole day was, honestly the whole weekend since there was also the rehearsal and breakfast the morning after, and I cannot express how grateful I am for how the whole experience turned out. I know I had loved the venue itself when we first visited, and that I thought the food was absolutely amazing during the food tasting, but it ended up being even more gorgeous on the day and the food for 150 people was still all so delicious that not one guest didn't mention at least one of the apps/ entree throughout the night and following day. One of my brides people who is quite the foodie snob keeps mentioning how juicy the chicken was. Seriously though, the food was just phenomenal. I never like cakes at weddings (they're always beautiful but don't taste good) and had planned on getting cake pops for my wedding, but at the food tasting I was just shocked at how amazing it was that I had to have that cake for the day. I would recommend this venue, and this staff, so whole heartedly. If any of the staff read this review, thank you all for making our special day one that will forever be a heartwarming memory.”

“Absolutely stunning venue. The wedding went amazing with the help of Julie and Olivia along with the staff at Seven Ponds on our wedding day. The day was seamless and taking advantage of staying on site made the day feel stress free. It was great to have food and drink covered with the venue as this was one less vendor that could have caused stress on the big day! Planning forms were helpful to make sure all things were covered and things went according to plan. Only thing with the planning process is it seemed as if Seven Ponds tried to upsell everything and questioned some of our decisions although after talking to them, a compromise came about. Couldn’t have been happier to pick the venue for our special day and we will remember the beauty of the venue forever.”

“I cannot GUSH enough about Becca. She was hands down the MVP of our wedding day. In the midst of wedding planning busyness, Becca led a thorough meeting with us (the couple) going over the day-of schedule, and covering an exhaustive comprehensive list of all possible photos, helping us prioritize the ones we needed and letting go of those that may have ended up stressing us out to try to take! She made sure to be sensitive to all our hopes for photos, family dynamics, and more. I (the bride) was sick on the wedding day and had to make some adjustments to the day-of schedule, and Becca not only adjusted with such grace and flexibility, but also offered great game-time ideas to make sure we got all the photos we wanted with even less time! Our photographer heard we were looking for an officiant for our wedding, and passed along Miriam’s information. From the moment we connected with her, we felt her warm and friendly energy and felt totally at ease about planning our wedding ceremony! Before we met Miriam, we were not really sure what we wanted our wedding to be, but we did know we wanted it to be written by us, and as a queer couple we did not want a “traditional” wedding. “Shawn did an awesome job! He did the music for our wedding ceremony, the music for the reception, provided uplighting, and the photobooth. My now husband and I enjoyed working with Shawn. He is funny, easy going, and patient. His questionnaire is very detailed and is very helpful for pulling the music together for the day. He also was very focused on making sure my now husband and I heard what we wanted to hear for the music. During the ceremony, Shawn timed the music perfectly. We saw later watching videos that he even cut the microphone out for my brother, the officiant of the wedding, when my brother almost started talking over parents walking down the aisle. Thanks for that, Shawn! Later in the night, we had other challenges with our timeline due to longer than expected speeches, too many tables to say hi to, and my own indecisiveness. Shawn handled all these obstacles very smoothly, kept an eye on the crowd and helped us stay in tune with when we needed to get the dance floor going. He played the songs we requested and helped us out with choosing songs for younger people. Since the wedding went by so quickly, I think the thing I am most grateful for is all the photos and videos he took of the night. The day was a bit of a blur and Shawn let us relive the night by sending us tons of photos and videos of everyone dancing. Thank you for that, Shawn!”

I had originally hoped to get married in the redwoods in CA, but the The Camp Chapel (one option for a ceremony space) was the absolute next best thing. Helen went above and beyond throughout the weekend (even printed my updated vows last minute!!) to ensure everything ran smoothly, and everyone's attention to detail made our wedding day feel more magical than we could have ever dreamed of!!
