Photographing weddings and elopements is a privilege that I do not take lightly. I treat each moment with as much care as if it were my own! While I am happy to take on weddings of any size, I specialize in intimate weddings or engagement sessions where I can embrace a documentary, candid approach. My favorite moments to capture are those quiet, unplanned interactions. I adore the small details. The moments that sometimes get overlooked but often times help tell the story of your wedding day the most. I thrive with couples who aren’t afraid to be silly and embrace the moments as they come as opposed to forcing it.

I have been in the wedding industry in one way or another for over 8 years. From event coordinating to bartending and now photographing weddings, elopements and engagements. Not only can I capture the most important, beautiful moments of your day with my camera, I can help with planning, vendor recommendations, timeline, and more to ensure that your big day runs as smoothly as possible, whether you are having a 300 person wedding or an intimate mountain top elopement with just the two of you... Sydney K Andrew was incredible! She made our wedding day feel so easy and special. She is SO fun to be around, super friendly, and captured every moment perfectly without ever feeling intrusive. Sydney's portfolio shows that she's extremely talented and I can 100% confirm after receiving my wedding photos, not that I was expecting anything less. What her portfolio doesn't show is how amazing Sydney is on the day of the wedding. I was fortunate enough to have a day-of army (venue attendants, wedding planners, bridal party) but quite honestly, Sydney was the one who provided the most comfort. She was like a professional bridesmaid, knowing all the little tricks and secrets to an amazing day, understanding exactly what I needed and when. She went above and beyond what I would expect a photographer to do. She was amazing to work with, timely in providing our photos, and surprised us with a sneak-peak well before our photos were expected. Highly highly highly recommend and cannot say enough good things.

Sydney was a dream to work with for our wedding! She is so kind and easy-going, she instantly eased all of my wedding day anxieties. She truly does it all and was essential in making our day run smoothly. From fixing my veil, to bustling my dress, and wrangling up our wedding party all while getting fantastic photos. She really is so talented at what she does by capturing all of the in-between, authentic moments that you want to remember forever. Our photos turned out better than I could have ever imagined and are so timeless, we will cherish them for the rest of our lives. Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.

Sometimes, I’ll bring an assistant depending on the size of your wedding. Don’t worry, this won’t cost you extra. If you would like a second photographer to cover different aspects of your day, that can be added to any wedding photography package.

Definitely. I hand pick all of the best images and adjust color, exposure, etc. to match the warm, glowing editing style that my clients love!

I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.

You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.

My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 6-8 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to receive an online, private gallery with high-resolution image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints.

In my experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
