We built our building, The Centennial, to be a community gathering place. Housing our family of food and beverage businesses, Crabtree Kitchen + Bar, ChocMo & High Spirits, our diverse group of venues makes it the perfect place to host your special day, from baby and bridal showers to wedding rehearsals, holiday parties, and corporate events. We cater to gatherings of all sizes, accommodating groups from the smallest meetings up to about 100 guests. For larger groups, we can explore some different creative arrangements.

Fireseed Catering founders Dave and Dawn Noble share a 30+ year story that takes them from the heart of the country to both coasts, bringing their mutual passion for good food along the way. Together, they can produce a wide variety of menus, starting with appetizers through to entrees and concluding with desserts. Since founding Fireseed Catering it has become more than just catering and now solely hosts, coordinates and caters events held at the Fireseed private venue.
