Juniper Springs Wedding Barn offers a 3,920 square foot timber frame event space and barn wedding venue. Featuring spacious ten-foot high barn door openings on both ends and retractable sides, your event can enjoy an open air atmosphere while still being shielded from the elements. Our historic, nineteenth-century, recently renovated barn is surrounded by natural beauty with picturesque rolling green pastures grazed by Angus cows and Border Leceister sheep, as well as hay fields, and crop and cut flower fields. Our stately barn sits at the top of a hill overlooking the Vloman Kill. Our family has farmed this land in Albany County, NY for over two hundred years and we would like to share this beautiful property with you for your special day.

Nothing else is included in the rental fee and all vendors must be brought in. One day rental price is $10,000, full weekend rental is $15,000.

Serendipity Lake House is the perfect place to host your dream wedding. Have an outdoor tent celebration in an idyllic lake setting or a more intimate gathering in our rustic lodge. Weddings can be customized to celebrate each couple’s unique personality. Receptions of 80 people or under can be held inside the lodge. Receptions of more than 80 people will be held under a tent on our upper lawn only steps away from the lodge. The cocktail hour can be in the lodge with open doors to the deck so guests can enjoy the amazing lake views.

The Hangar at 743 acts as a truly memorable wedding location, for everything from breathtaking wedding party photos to an expansive dance floor and plenty of amenities for a perfect day. Weddings at the venue can utilize 8,000 square feet of space, which offers plenty of flexibility for different configurations, including seated dinners, passed appetizers, and after-dinner dancing. Weddings that include live entertainment can have bands and performers set up on the second level, allowing everyone in attendance to enjoy the performance. The venue bar area includes a Kegerator, ice machine, and beverage cooler for use by bar staff, while caterers and waitstaff can use the dedicated kitchenette with sinks and a microwave for preparation and staging. Clients of The Hangar at 743 have access to a separate and comfortable preparation space that allows them to enjoy a picture perfect and safe space to retreat if they need touch ups.
