My husband and I had our wedding at Blenheim Hill Farm this past weekend 10/26/2024 and it was an absolute dream. Not only was it the dreamiest wedding because we got married in front of all of the people we love, but because of the absolutely beautiful venue and the team that brought it to life. Morten & Min, the owners were so helpful, kind and just the brightest lights from the moment we met them when we toured the venue through the planning phase and our wedding day. They clearly have a very buttoned up and efficient process, which showed the day of. Now let me talk about the rest of staff … they are AMAZING. We worked with Lawrence and Rosie the weeks leading up to our wedding and the day of and not only did they go above and beyond at their jobs, they truly seemed so happy to be there. There were a number of other team members behind the scenes that helped bring together a seamless wedding (we barely even noticed them - in a good way!) so thank you to the team. This includes the chefs cooking it up in the kitchen, while we didn’t see you … we were told by friends and family how delicious the food was / it was the best wedding food they ever had. The risotto…. Oh my was it delicious!! Another amazing benefit of Blenheim Hill Farm was their recommended babysitter, Victoria - she watched 5 of the kids who attended ceremony but not reception right on the grounds. She made arts and crafts and carved pumpkins with them! The parents and kids were very happy with her. Lastly, all we have to say is….. GET MARRIED HERE!!!!

Our wedding weekend here was nothing short of perfect, and we owe so much of that to this incredible venue and their team. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely taken care of—stress-free, smiling ear to ear, and overwhelmingly grateful for the people making it all possible. Every detail was handled with such care—from coordination and organization to thoughtful touches throughout the weekend. The setting itself is stunning—the views left our guests in awe—and the food was absolutely fantastic. Having the chance to celebrate with our loved ones over an entire weekend, instead of just a few hours, was truly priceless. Goat yoga ended up being one of the most talked-about events, and our guests are still raving about it. The staff deserves the highest praise. Brandon, Katie, John, and Shelby went above and beyond to make us and our families feel welcome and supported. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless. Their list of trusted vendors also made planning so much easier, and we truly couldn’t have imagined a better fit for our celebration. Their help through the planning process was instrumental in planning a wedding weekend in just 5 months!! Our guests are still asking how we found such a magical place, and the truth is—we feel incredibly lucky. We are endlessly grateful to the entire team for making our wedding not just smooth, but truly the best weekend of our lives. If you’re looking for a venue that combines breathtaking views, amazing food, incredible accommodations, and a staff that makes you feel like family—look no further. The guest house is an absolute bonus (we invited close friends to stay next door). And the folks at Seminary Hill are a pleasure to work with, especially the property manager Bill. He was beyond helpful and extremely friendly. He helped us wrangle vendors before the wedding, he helped with setup and when any issues arose the day before, and he was just all-around a pleasure to work with. We had our wedding at The Arnold House on September 6, 2025, and it was everything we dreamed of and more! Literally every moment exceeded all expectations and I can’t stress enough that if I could give 1,000 stars I would. The grounds and spaces are absolutely breathtaking, from the ceremony sites to the reception areas, every corner of the property is filled with whimsy and wonder. Our photographer had an endless supply of amazing spots for photos throughout the weekend! Most people will tour the venue during the off season and believe me when I say it is worth the wait to see it in all its glory come summer/fall! The barn barely needs decorating, it's SO charming itself, the greenhouse is incredible with all its plants and life, the sunroom is the cutest spot ever, the outdoor ceremony sites are so magical with the trees, wildflowers and pond, the bluestone patio was perfect for our private first dance and the big circle meadow for ceremony or rehearsal dinner is literally straight out of a taylor swift music video. I was obsessed. But what makes The Arnold House so special is the people. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel completely at home and like family. And not like we were in their home but like they were in OUR home. They constantly reminded us that the property was ours for the weekend, our friends and family felt it and so did we. Will and Emily were by our side every step of the way — no request was ever too big, and their calm, caring presence made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. Their level of customer service is something I’ve truly never seen. You know they’re good when guests that weren’t even involved in the process were naming them and singing their praises. Rita and Lori brought such energy and kindness behind the bar and during late-night festivities; they made sure every guest felt welcome and cared for with amazing cocktails and conversation just such a blast! Also cannot get through this without stating that our guests are still raving about the food — Brittany is an incredible chef, and we heard over and over again that this was the best wedding meal they had ever had. And you know it’s true when they’re calling out dishes by name “OMG the horseradish sauce on the steak? Those crispy brussels? And the whipped feta?” Every bite was thoughtful, flavorful, and beautifully presented and felt super personal and not at all cookie cutter. And cannot leave out John who greeted everyone with such warmth and attentiveness, all the way through to our final morning when he made us a farewell breakfast that was so sweet and such a thoughtful send off. In general there wasn’t a thing that felt cookie cutter about my wedding because they made me feel like I had full autonomy over the weekend and it really showed. I really wanted my wedding to feel unique and Arnold House not only allowed for that but encouraged it every step of the way. Seriously every single space at The Arnold House radiates happiness and love, but it’s the people who make it truly extraordinary. Bottom line if rustic modern is your vibe HAVE YOUR WEDDING HERE. I toured multiple places and no one compared from then til now. My husband, our parents, our bridal parties, and guests all could not stop raving about every aspect of arnold house. It is truly a magical place with incredible people who want nothing more than to help make all your dreams come true. And I can honestly say they did and then some. THANK YOU!

If you’re reading this review, stop right here and book The Anthracite Center as your venue! Seriously, Ashley is the best person to work with—she answers emails quickly and concisely, always providing the perfect amount of detail to make the planning process smooth and stress-free. We received so many compliments on how AMAZING the food was for our wedding, and we felt the same way during our tasting. Ashley and the chef, who I believe is her husband, go above and beyond to ensure the food quality is exceptional. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful the inside of the venue was! The building is absolutely stunning, and it provided the most gorgeous backdrop for our photos. One of my favorite moments was walking into the reception and seeing our family and friends all around the venue, especially upstairs on the second floor—it was such a cool, unique experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, and we are so grateful for their hard work. The pricing is also fantastic—it’s straightforward, includes so much, and is truly a great value for what you get. Even though we traveled from outside of Philadelphia, I’m originally from the Pittston area, and it was well worth the trip! I would absolutely book this venue again for future events if I’m having them in the area. We couldn’t recommend this venue enough. If you want an unforgettable wedding experience with amazing food, a beautiful setting, and fantastic staff, The Anthracite Center is the place to be!
