I.B.L. Studios was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding videography. From the very beginning, Charles and Lisa were professional, prompt, and warm in their communication style. They had a great attention to detail and clearly knew what was most important to us, perfectly capturing the vibe and energy of our entire wedding day. Charles and Lisa worked seamlessly with our photographer, making us feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. The final video footage is so thoughtful and you can tell they put an incredible amount of effort and care into it, really focusing on highlighting our relationships with family and friends. We are thrilled with the final product and can't wait to watch it for years to come. The quality of his work was truly exceptional - authentic and documentarian. Charles, our videographer, was like a fly on the wall, present at all times but never in the way or directing poses. We wanted our day captured as authentically as possible, and his style of capturing the moment meant that he caught every significant moment in its purity. From our very first interaction, I immediately felt at ease knowing Charles Lewis truly listened to us. It was clear that he and his team at IBL genuinely cared about capturing the moments that mattered most for our family. Our event wasn’t your traditional celebration; we hosted our daughter’s Quinceañero (Sweet 15), and Charles embraced every detail with enthusiasm and professionalism. What truly stood out was his consistent communication. Every few months, Charles would check in; not just to confirm logistics, but to wish us well and build our excitement. Each message felt personal, thoughtful, and reassuring. As the big day approached, he confirmed every detail with plenty of time and even followed up to make sure nothing had changed. That level of organization and care meant so much to us. On the day of the event, Charles and his daughter arrived promptly and were incredibly prepared. What blew us away was that he somehow knew the names of all our key family members and participants such a small touch, but so meaningful and impressive. Throughout the night, they were wonderfully attentive, capturing every important moment without ever being intrusive. As the host, I missed so many special moments simply because I was pulled in a hundred directions. But thanks to Charles and the IBL team, our video allowed us to relive the magic and even see things we didn’t know happened. The footage was not only beautiful but captivating. We’ve watched it over and over...it’s that good! After the event, Charles set clear expectations on the delivery timeline and even sent us a teaser video that absolutely blew us away. It truly was a tease, we were beyond excited for the full version, and it did not disappoint. Charles and his team were beyond courteous, incredibly kind, and meticulous in every detail. I can’t recommend IBL enough! They have a customer for life in us. We’ll be sharing their name with every friend and family member we know
