Hi! I’m Gui — a multicultural wedding photographer and videographer based in Los Angeles, CA. My passion for photography began in childhood, playing with my grandmother’s old film camera in Brazil. For over seven years, I’ve been documenting and celebrating love stories across Southern California. My style is natural, colorful, vibrant, and candid. I believe every couple deserves to feel seen and celebrated, no matter their background or style of wedding. My approach is calm, creative, and personal — focused on capturing real emotions, spontaneous laughter, and the quiet in-between moments that make your day unforgettable.

Gui was amazing!
We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Gui! He was absolutely amazing — on time, professional, and delivered our wedding footage exactly within the promised timeframe. Beyond his talent, what really stood out was his calming presence throughout the day. Weddings can get stressful, but he made everything feel easy and even kept seven groomsmen in check (which was no small task!). He was such a pleasure to work with, and the video he created is something we will truly cherish for years to come. He incorporated some aspects like “best wishes” form our guests which we thought was an extra special touch. I highly recommend Gui to any couple looking for not just a videographer, but a supportive and talented presence on their wedding day!
Exceptional Videography–Highly Recommended
Discovery & Initial Communication I learned about Gui’s services through word of mouth. A friend highly recommended him after hiring him for her son’s birthday party. Based on her glowing review, I decided to hire him for my very intimate civil ceremony. My main goal was to have the event beautifully documented so we could share the final video with family and close friends. From the very start, communication with Gui was seamless. He was responsive, efficient, and incredibly patient when addressing my detailed inquiries. One aspect I truly appreciated was his initiative to schedule a pre-event video call. This gave him the opportunity to get to know us, understand our personalities, and discuss our expectations for the shoot. His willingness to listen and incorporate our ideas made the entire process feel collaborative and personal. Planning & Preparation One of the reasons I chose Gui was his ability to include a highlight reel in the video package—something I really wanted. During our meeting, he welcomed my ideas and suggestions for the final video, showing a genuine interest in delivering a product that reflected our vision. Gui’s level of preparation was impressive. He took the time to scout the courthouse and a nearby park beforehand, ensuring we had the best possible locations for our shoot. His preparedness and attention to detail gave me peace of mind leading up to the event. The Day of the Ceremony On the day of our civil ceremony, everything went smoothly. Gui greeted us warmly at the courthouse, immediately setting a positive and reassuring tone. His calm and easygoing demeanor helped ease my nerves—something I truly appreciated amidst the mix of adrenaline and excitement of the day. He captured moments effortlessly, allowing us to be present and enjoy our special day without feeling overly directed or staged. Final Thoughts & Recommendation Overall, I couldn’t be happier with Gui’s work. His professionalism, creativity, and dedication to capturing our special day exceeded my expectations. Gui is your guy
We tried searching for a wedding photographer, and despite the short notice, Gui accepted the gig without hesitation. We aren't really used to pose for the camera, but Gui was there to guide us. He was on top of everything and knew what he was doing. He is very professional, polite, and easy to work with. The photos that he took are fantastic, and we're definitely looking forward to working with him for future events.
