5,700 square foot Garden Club -1,500 square foot Garden Lawn -Selection of unique craft beers on draft -Full audio visual capabilities and equipment including projector, 10’x 6’ projection screen, full audio plug in capability with 10 speakers and 22’ x 14’ stage (AV engineer fee not included in rental rate) -Bridal Suite/Green Room with lounge seating and private bathroom -Total event time frame is 12 hours (6 hour set up, 4 hour event, 2 hour breakdown) Venue rental fee includes staffing -Use of inventory of tables and chairs including set up and breakdown of items (19) 60” round tables, (5) 48” round tables, (3) 6’ x 30” tables, (5) 8’ x 30” tables, (15) 30” tall tables, (225) silver Tolix chairs, (50) silver Tolix barstools
