A uniquely private wedding venue in quaint Rancho Santa Fe, California. The Secret Garden at Rancho Santa Fe is currently reserving into 2025 with just one wedding per day. The grounds offer a natural background of gardens and lush greenery, with the perfect balance of indoor and outdoor spaces. As a bonus, they are a short drive away from stunning California beaches and can accommodate requests for off-site ceremonies, including a beach cliff wedding ceremony.

This space features vaulted ceilings complete with delicate drapery across dark wooden beams and crystal chandeliers. Enter through the foyer with room for a bar, a dessert table, or a lounge area. A charming fireplace welcomes you across the way, with a stage to the northwest. Access to the bridal suite, groom's room and guest bathrooms, and kitchen.

Amazing venue and coordination team!
The Secret Garden at Rancho Santa Fe, along with Epic Events, made our wedding a seamless experience every step of the way. We are so grateful to our coordinators Drew and Laura and the entire Epic Events team for making our day so magical! From the start, communication was simple and straightforward. As the wedding day neared, for every question/request we had, Epic Events went above and beyond to make things possible for us. Even though we were a long-distance couple with only one of us in SD, we never felt stressed by wedding planning because we knew that Epic Events was there every step of the way. At the start, Laura made us feel encouraged and at ease while making decisions about smaller details. Drew, our main coordinator, 100% got our vision and matched it beyond our wildest dreams. Special coordination included putting up extensive signage, bringing in NY bagels, moving around tables and the dessert station to open up space for a dance floor, and helping our rehearsal, delivery, and pack-up run smoothly. The photographers, Ellen and Mike, were also amazing and did such a great job of making us feel comfortable and accomplishing our request of getting an extensive list of family photos done before the ceremony! We felt we were in such good hands with the team! And the venue was so stunning, we couldn't be more grateful with how everything turned out! If you want an easy wedding experience with top notch vendors, this is a great choice!
The perfect day!!
My husband and I could not have imagined a better wedding experience and we are so grateful we chose to have our special day at the beautiful Secret Garden! We got married on December 14, 2024 and it was the most beautiful day we could have imagined! We booked the venue over a year in advance and throughout the entire planning process, the entire team was so available and responsive. As the day approached, we met with our day-of coordination Laura and she was truly amazing!! She helped me create the day of my dreams and was very prompt in responding to any of our concerns. She helped bring our vision to life and I am so grateful!! The very inclusive experience at The Secret Garden was also so helpful. We ended up going through our own food vendor for BBQ for dinner, but everything else was seamless and really helped ease the wedding planning stress. The photography and videography team was so amazing and captured our day so beautifully. I still cry tears of joy looking at our pictures and videos from the special day! :') The DJ services provided were also amazing and we couldn't have been happier with DJ Jason Lyons! Overall, we could not be happier with our experience at The Secret Garden. It was worth every penny to marry my best friend at such a beautiful place surrounded by everyone we love!! :)
Gorgeous & Supportive
The Secret Garden At Rancho Santa Fe was the perfect wedding venue for us. From the moment we first reached out, the staff was responsive, helpful, encouraging and supportive throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, with plenty of space that didn't require much additional decor. The included vendors, like the wedding coordinator, were fantastic and extremely helpful - they made sure we didn't forget anything on our special day. I highly recommend this venue both for its natural beauty and the incredible service provided by the staff.
Best wedding venue ever!
The Secret Garden was the wedding venue of our dreams! Their all inclusive package makes planning seamless and we couldn't be happier with choosing them for our wedding. Special shoutout to Laura, our amazing wedding coordinator!
