I truly don’t know how anyone gets married anywhere other than HollyHedge. From the Inn, to the scenery, to the staff, it can’t be beat. All our guests couldn’t stop saying how amazing it was to stay on property. And having the after party there was the icing on top of the cake! The top two compliments we got on our wedding were: 1) “that was the best wedding food I’ve ever had” and 2) “this is a beautiful setting”. As the bride and groom, Gabbi, Michele, and Michael are lifesavers. They make wedding planning easy and straightforward, and the actually wedding day is a breeze because everything is handled before you ever knew there was even an issue. All the staff are absolute professionals keeping everything running smoothly rain or shine. Nothing but high, high praise for all of HollyHedge - it doesn’t get any better!

From the moment we reached out to HollyHedge Estate, their communication was clear, fast, and incredibly helpful. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful - a perfect blend of rustic elegance that created such a warm and romantic atmosphere for our wedding day. Michele, Gabbi, and Mary provided the best support imaginable, making the entire process so easy and seamless. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting to celebrate our special day. Having our wedding at HollyHedge Estate was an absolute dream!! From the moment we set foot on the enchanted garden property we knew this was where we wanted to say our I dos!! Not only is the property incredible the event staff went above and beyond from start to finish to make our day so perfect!! Throughout the entire planning process Michele and Gabbi were super quick to respond and were so accommodating to all of our requests!! They helped us craft a dream wedding with honest opinions and ideas to make it so personal to us!! We cannot thank them enough!! On the day of Gabbi, Mary and Michael went above and beyond to ensure a memorable and incredible day for us and our guests!! They made sure to help us keep on time and set up everything perfectly!! The day of event staff were beyond wonderful and went out of there way to create an amazing experience for us and our guests!! The innkeepers, Courtney, Jacob and Aldrin were so helpful in accommodating guests special requests and making it such a seamless over night stay for our guests!! Truly every single staff member at HollyHedge completely exceeded our expectations!! We had an amazing experience all thanks to this wonderful team and venue!! The team at HollyHedge Estate was a dream to work with from start to finish. They were always reachable and had a wonderfully positive communication style, making the planning process a breeze. On the day of our wedding, the staff was extremely attentive, always happy to help, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. The venue itself was simply stunning - the grounds were magical, and the warm, splendid atmosphere made our special day feel truly splendid. My wedding day was more than amazing, and the staff and grounds at HollyHedge Estate made sure the day felt that way.

The Inn @ HollyHedge has 15 rooms that we typically set aside exclusively for wedding guests. We offer every wedding couple the opportunity to place a room block at the Inn for their guests for the night of their wedding. In addition, we have a sister inn – The Lumberville 1740 House – which has another 24 riverfront rooms just 4 miles from HollyHedge.

We cannot guarantee rooms for more than one night at the Inn for your guests, but we will do our best to help you arrange for the accommodations you need. If there is another wedding the day before or after your own, they have the right of first refusal on all rooms at the Inn.

We do have a minimum number of required guests for weekend events at the Estate, which varies depending on the time of year and the day of the week. Our event coordinators will be happy to talk through the different options and go over guest minimums during your tour and first consultation at the Estate.

Yes! We have a team of 3-4 coordinators and managers who work with you throughout the planning process, and a team of 3 who work with you on the actual day of your wedding to make sure all the details are taken care of so that you may enjoy the time with your friends and family without any stress.

We have a number of different options for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies. There are additional fees associated with the ceremony on a per guest basis, which varies depending on where and what the ceremony will be. Our event coordinators will be happy to talk you through the different options and the associated costs.

HollyHedge prides itself on its incredibly accomplished chefs and our restaurant quality approach to all our food. Our chef’s craft an exciting, seasonally-inspired menu. We may be able to make some exceptions for dietary, cultural or religious requirements.

We do all of our catering on premise, and do not allow any external caterers on site. We will work with every couple to design a unique, personalized menu that satisfies the most discerning gourmand. We may be able to make some exceptions for dietary, cultural or religious requirements.

After you have reserved your wedding date, we typically schedule all of the tastings for the year during our slower months between November and April. We do group tastings based upon the season in which you’re getting married. Our chef’s craft an exciting, seasonally-inspired menu that allows you to try a selection of appetizers and entrees, as well as, samples of different wedding cakes.

HollyHedge Estate does have a liquor license and typically provides a 5 hour open bar as part of its signature wedding package. We can work with you on customizing your signature drinks or bringing in specialty liquor, wine or beer that we do not typically carry in stock. Some additional costs may be associated with any specialty liquor that we do not typically carry as part of our standard bar.

We love animals. We have a menagerie of farm animals on the property as part of our efforts to go green. Unfortunately, though, we do not allow pets to stay at the Inn or enter any of the property where food is prepared or served. We do allow pets outside on-site for photos before your event begins.
