About this venue
Open the doors to a spacious modern room and an even greater outdoors. With our official opening in 2015, The Event Center quickly became known for its modern look and incredible views of the Conejo Valley. The Event Center is unique in that it is a City-owned property available for weekday programs or private event rentals throughout the week. Not only is The Event Center available for private events, but there are year-round community events like The Student Art Show, State of the City, Art exhibits, a Holiday Boutique, and more!

We are a one-of-a-kind industrial space available to celebrate your wedding day! The Center is equipped with a 3500 sq. ft rentable Event Center, Catering kitchen, handicapped accessible restroom facilities, an inviting lobby, and a great patio area. The Center hosts a wide variety of activities throughout the year and can be rented for private functions.

Full Warming Kitchen is accessible to any caterer of your choice. Indoor and outdoor storage space. Free parking. (26) Round reception tables. (10) Rectangular buffet/vendor tables. (10) Cocktail tables. (200) White Chairs. AV system including 3 Wireless Mics and 3 drop down screens with projectors. Set-up and breakdown of our equipment. Security Guards. Event Insurance.
