About this venue
TWO VENUES ONE TEAM: THE CENTURY + NINE3ONE We offer two full service wedding venues located in Modesto, Ca. With decades of experience in venue, food, and beverage services combined, we are ready to guide you down your planning journey from day one all the way to “I DO!”. The Century is a chic, urban venue built in the early 1900s with exposed brick walls, beautiful crystal chandeliers and gorgeous acacia wood floors. The Century has room for up to 250 guests for reception only, and up to 175 for a ceremony and a reception. Nine3One is a coworking facility located next door to The Century that opened 2019. Nine3One features 3 unique event spaces. The Alcove is the main event space that leads out into The Botanical Breezeway, a completely covered outdoor space that runs the length of the entire building. The Bouquet Bar is a small event space perfect for smaller parties and also makes a great space for cocktail hour. Nine3One has room for up to 70 guests when using all three spaces.

Nine3One is located right next door to The Century features 3 unique spaces. The Alcove is the main event space and has brick walls in a German Smear style, crystal chandeliers and floor to ceiling market lights. The Bouquet Bar is our lovely pink room which works well as a cocktail space for your event. The breezeway joins both of these spaces and can serve as seating space for your guests or as a well insulated cocktail area.

Our ballroom features original 18th century exposed brick walls, hand scraped Acacia wood floors, wall to wall crystal chandeliers, a glamorous VIP suite and a VIP lounge.

Happy we went with The Century
The Century was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first inquired, the team was quick to respond, incredibly thorough in their communication, and made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. Erica Ford, our event coordinator, was an absolute pleasure to work with - she was incredibly kind, detail-oriented, and went above and beyond to ensure our special day was everything we dreamed of. The venue itself provided ample space for our guests to mingle and celebrate, and the team's attention to detail and execution was flawless. We are so grateful to have had The Century as our wedding venue and highly recommend them to any couple looking for a beautiful, well-run space to host their big day.
Full Service Destination
The Century is an excellent choice for any event. My wife and I had our wedding reception at the venue and it was the best possible experience. The team at the Century is warm, welcoming, and flexible. They adapt to any situation presented. The food was amazing, the drinks were fantastic and entertaining. The space felt intimate and still had enough space for all our needs. Erica Ford is enthusiastic, passionate, and genuinely loves to work with her clients. If you are looking for an event space, this is the one for you.

Nine3One (The Century’s sister venue) was the perfect place for us to have our small, intimate wedding! We had about 55 guests and it was perfect!! Erica made our dreams come true and she truly made this experience 100000x better than I could have hoped for! If you’re looking for a small, industrial, and modern venue, this is the place!

My husband and I married in 2020. Weddings can be stressful events, and during a pandemic, they are even more so. We were so very lucky to have connected with The Century and our incredible wedding planner, Allison. They stayed on top of the latest guidance (and regulations) from the Health Department, connected us with amazing vendors that made our day special, and created a magical event that we cherish to this day.
