Hold a grand wedding reception in Stroudsmoor’s premiere facility accommodating 175 to 350 guests. Terraview offers you the royal wedding of your dreams with the façade of a stone castle. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres are served in the lounge and Conservatory overlooking the Terraview garden.

Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres are served in the lower level of the building. Dinner and dancing follow on the upper level where grapevine and lights highlight the dance floor and grand windows surrounding the room offer a view into the woods.

The pavilion at Lawnhaven provides a perfect secondary option to eliminate the worries of inclement weather and comes complete with a cozy fireplace, stone bar, and casual outdoor seating. It is situated on a terraced lawn between Stroudsmoor’s Main Inn and the Cabins on the Commons. Its footprint creates a complete circle, forming an open-air arena surrounded by lush evergreen gardens for total privacy.

An event at Lawnhaven requires a minimum of 75 guests, while it graciously accommodates a maximum of 150 for a traditional served meal; 200 for a cocktail reception.

The wedding ceremony is orchestrated under towering black walnut trees, surrounded by the woods and fields of wildflowers. Open to the sky above or under custom tenting, are among the options available for your celebration at the Pavilion. Unreal Venue. Awesome Staff. My Dream Wedding!
I truly cannot put into words how thrilled we were with our wedding at Stroudsmoor Country Inn. We chose the Ridgecrest venue—and I genuinely believe it’s the most breathtaking location in the Poconos. The entire day felt like a dream brought to life. From our very first tour to the final moments of our wedding day, our coordinator Kaylie was an absolute gem—kind, flexible, and always transparent. Her guidance made the planning process smooth and enjoyable. On the day of our wedding, Margie, Grace, and Kerry went above and beyond. They were incredibly warm and attentive, ensuring that my husband and I (and our bridal party) were completely taken care of every step of the way. One of our biggest priorities was keeping the day flowing smoothly—from the ceremony and photos to cocktail hour and the reception—and the entire team executed it flawlessly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Amazing venues, friendly staff!!
My now wife and I stumbled on the Stroudsmoor Inn almost by accident, but we're both so happy we did! The entire property is beautiful, and each venue has such a different feel to it that you're sure to find one you love! Unless you've been dreaming of and planning a wedding your whole life, it's daunting to actually sit down and plan one, but our wedding coordinator, Alex DiGrazia, made the entire experience so pain free and, honestly, fun! Alex, and every member of her team (big shoutout to Jen!), made sure that we had everything we needed and they were so friendly, it felt like we were with friends we had known our whole life! It started raining at the end of our night and Alex brought her personal vehicle around and drove us back to our lodge herself, we love her for that!! The food was also amazing, we received compliments from all our guests, they were all expecting bland "wedding food" but were shocked by how tasty everything was! We went with just the basic food package, but we were blown away by how many options that included! All of this was included at a price that was extremely competitive with other venues, we got a wedding tailored exactly to our vision and didn't have to sell our souls to achieve it! If you're looking for a scenic, woodsy wedding venue with amazing food, friendly staff, on site lodging, all at an affordable price, do yourself a favor and check out the Stroudsmoor Country Inn, you won't be disappointed! And while everyone there is super kind and amazing at their jobs, ask for Alex DiGrazia, she's a pro who loves what she does and it shows!
The only wedding venue
First and foremost, we just wanted to give our heartfelt thanks to each and every member that was a part of our dream wedding! Every single staff member played a role in making our fairy tale wedding come true! Everything went smooth from top to bottom and we had no doubts once we had our initial meeting and met the owner, Linda who has been doing this for countless years and the experience really shows! Linda was really the backbone to the whole beauty of the Stroudsmoor lure! The sweetest, most genuine, straight forward, humorous and just one of a kind person you will ever meet! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and answered all of our questions without us even having to ask! She kept us at ease throughout the whole process and provided all of the vendors we needed in house! That meant not having to look elsewhere and having to do research on everyone and also all of her people work so well together because they have done so many events as a whole! As you can see, there is a reason why Linda stays as the top 2% of wedding venues in the nation! We love you Linda with all of our hearts!! We are forever endeared to you for making our whole wedding process so special! We will be back many times to continue our friendship and love for our Stroudsmoor family! Alex, literally was so much of a pleasure to work with and her positive attitude is contagious! She checked on me continually and guided us through the whole process without a single hitch! I cant boast enough how unbelievable she was! We thank her with all our hearts for making this day the perfect dream wedding it was! We love you, Alex! Ms Belkis is the biggest diamond in the field! We absolutely loved her! Her attentiveness, professionalism and completely genuine personality is unfindable in this day and age! The cleaners sent my shirt with 2 buttons missing that i didnt notice until i was getting dressed and Belkis was on it and had it sewed in about 2 mins! We have a picture of us with her attached at bottom if she would like it! We thank Belkis with all of our hearts! We love you, Belkis! Ann was absolutely awesome and everything we asked she helped with! Graysons floral designing was completely gorgeous! Anyone i missed did a great job as well! The hors d’oeuvres are mouth watering along with the meals and that cake, oh that wedding cake is so soft, tasty and out of this world! They guide you through the whole process without a hitch and provide you with such a stress free and enjoyable experience! All of our guests are still talking about the food and the great time that they had! Many of them had said it was the most fun wedding they have ever been too! Thanks again with all of our hearts!
Absolutely Magical - Beyond Expectations
We recently had our wedding at Stroudsmoor Country Inn, and I cannot stop raving about how magical the entire day was! From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. Grace, our planner, deserves massive credit. She completely understood my vision of creating a romantic yet fun-filled wedding. Her expertise, organization, and support ensured every moment was exactly how we had imagined. Grayson was in charge of our floral and decor and while I came in with a vision, Grayson brought it to life in a way that exceeded all my expectations. Every detail was beyond stunning, making the venue feel straight out of a fairy tale. We were met with a major surprise on the wedding day – snow! We woke up to about 4 inches of snow, completely unexpected, as we were prepared for rain. Despite this, the incredible Stroudsmoor team pivoted seamlessly, ensuring all adjustments were handled with ease and grace. Their flexibility and quick problem-solving gave me so much peace of mind when I could've been stressed. The food was a standout hit! Instead of a sit-down dinner, we opted for passed appetizers during the reception, and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting how delicious and unique everything was. It turned our reception into such an enjoyable, social experience. I have to give a special shout-out to Belkis, my bridal attendant, who is nothing short of a miracle worker. She is either secretly a fairy godmother or perhaps JLo from The Wedding Planner! From fixing the tiniest details to genuinely caring for me and ensuring I was calm and happy, she made me feel cherished like I was family. I was in awe of her dedication and attentiveness. Planning a wedding can be such a daunting and overwhelming task, but the Stroudsmoor staff made it incredibly easy. Not only were they professional, but they went out of their way to make sure our day was nothing short of perfect. They even generously upgraded us, which was a beautiful and thoughtful gesture. Thanks to the entire Stroudsmoor team, our wedding day turned into the magical, memorable celebration we dreamed of. Every single staff member played a role in creating such a special experience, and we can never thank them enough! We highly, highly recommend Stroudsmoor Country Inn to any couple looking for a venue that truly cares about bringing your vision to life.
