Sunday Open House Times
Stop on by between 4-7pm on Sundays throughout the summer for a tour of the property and a enjoy a complimentary Victorian Glory cocktail at our newly named "Peacock Pub" in the Carriage House.
About this venue
Your wedding will capture the grandeur, elegance and romance of the Victorian era at the Proctor Mansion Inn! The sweeping staircase, soaring ceilings and original stained-glass windows of the Proctor Mansion Inn make a stunning setting for your special day. We also specialize in micro wedding celebrations and intimate wedding ceremonies. Our newly revovated barn style Carriage House is a second event space on the property, which has 2 floors, a back patio and seating for up to 130. Contact us to schedule a complimentary tour. Our event spaces
Main House - Ballroom
A space where you feel at home, not rushed with your guests. A feeling of being more educated after learning much about the 1861 historic property.
Rather than one room, all events have use of the first floor of the home. A larger room holds up to 60 guests seated. All events are catered by one of our preferred caterers or one of your choice as long as they are a certified/licenced caterer. Will a full bar option, we are able to supply a variety of offerings.

Included in this room:
- set up and clean up - event manager and two Proctor Mansion Inn staff - tables, chairs, white linens, place settings - alloted time in advance to set up decorations with event manager
Room cost
$3,000 for 4-hrs. (including rental, tax, PMI staff and limited items). Additional time will be adjusted.
Carriage House
An inviting rustic space that has many uses and the creativity is endless when decorating for your event.
The Carriage House is a 2-level rustic barn style space, which offers a unique setting. The back patio offers additional seating or can be used as a dance floor. The bar with original horse beams and pieces of stalls used invites curiosity and amazement. This space has been used for weddings, showers, birthday parties and reunions.

Up to 150 Standing

Room cost
$4,100 for 6 hours including some standard items. Pricing can be adjusted depending on needs of event.

BEST Bridal Shower EVER!!!!
I hosted my daughter's Bridal Shower Tea Party at the Proctor Mansion Inn this past Saturday May 31, 2025. I could not have had it at a more appropriate venue, it was absolutely perfect! Every single guest could not get over how beautiful and elegant the Mansion is- the decor and architecture are gorgeous. Michelle and her staff were fabulous. Michelle helped me plan the shower every step of the way, she answered every question I had, offered suggestions to me because she knew this was my first bridal shower, and she went above and beyond to make sure every detail in decorating and service was perfect. Michelle assisted me in selecting the perfect caterer for our tea party, Chef Paul Streichert, owner of Gatherings by Chef Paul. Overall feedback from my guests: BEST Bridal Shower EVER! And it is all a credit to Michelle, her staff, Chef Paul, and the Proctor Mansion Inn.
