About this venue

Loulu Palm began as a seed...a twinkling idea, a dream in our hearts. Since 2007, that magic seed has blossomed into Loulu Palm Farm. A place where things can take root and grow: love, families, children, friendship, art hope, and last but certainly not least, palms! They're at the heart of what we do, the physical embodiment of our mission, that which keeps us rooted in the original dream.

    We got married at Loulu Palms Estate on April 22, 2025, and it was an absolute dream! The venue is breathtaking, with stunning ocean and mountain views that created the perfect backdrop for our day. Our guests were in awe and couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful everything was. Ashley was our planner; she was amazing! Planning a destination wedding in Hawaii—especially when you’re not familiar with all the details—can be overwhelming, but Ashley made the entire process feel effortless. From the beginning, she understood exactly what we envisioned and went above and beyond to bring it to life. On our wedding day, she remained calm, organized, and incredibly supportive. My family was a bit scattered, but she handled everything gracefully—stepping in to guide when needed and letting them enjoy the moment. I even made a last-minute decor request, and she took care of it beautifully without charging much extra. During the rehearsal, Ashley immediately put us at ease. She reassured us not to stress and offered incredibly helpful tips for the big day. Nicki was also wonderful—she managed all the contracts smoothly and was such a pleasure to meet in person. I highly recommend this team—they made our wedding experience not only seamless but truly unforgettabl

    Loulu Palm Farms was the perfect venue for our wedding, we knew when we met Nickie Coleman the first time that this was our dream location. From our initial inquiry to the day-of, their communication was quick and easy, making the planning process a breeze. The outdoor space was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views that blew us and our guests away. The excellent coordination by Ashley Fennell and beautiful venue contributed greatly to making our special day unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a more picturesque setting to exchange our vows and celebrate with our families and friends.

    We had the perfect wedding at Loulu Palm Estate December 21, 2024! This was a destination wedding for us, and I wish we could go back and relive this day forever. The venue is beautiful, and Nickie was great with communication and so helpful with discussing the venue and equipment rentals, which had everything we needed for the best esthetics! To our amazing coordinator Ashley, we just would like to thank her for all her hard work and making our day so smooth. She also was there for me throughout the whole wedding planning and we bonded for sure, and she would reassure me that everything was going to work out and of course it did. We love her bubbly/fun personality, positive vibe, hard work and dedication on making our wedding perfect. So we are blessed to have met these amazing people and a special spot in Hawaii that we now have so many incredible memories at. We still have our guest raving about our wedding, and telling us it was the best wedding they have been too! I would highly recommend this wedding venue and team to anyone looking to have a beautiful and fun wedding experience.

    I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Loulu Palms along with Nickie and Ashley. We had our wedding here 9/19/24 and it was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. From the very beginning (I booked them in September of 2023) they were extremely prompt with responses and any questions I had they were so helpful with answering. Nickie was wonderful throughout the entire process. The venue/ grounds speak for itself because come on you can see how incredibly gorgeous it already is but yet somehow they found a way to make it even more stunning and made my wedding vision come to life. They have everything you need to rent and could want, and if they don't they can easily direct you to where you can. They made everything from rehearsal, to set up, to day of so incredibly easy and smooth. I 10/10 recommend them and would get married here all over again if I could. Now onto Ashely. I COULD NOT AND WOULD NOT HAVE made it through my wedding week/ day without her. From our first conversation on the phone while I was deciding which day of coordinator to go, we clicked immediately. Whenever I reached out with a mini crisis or question through out the entire process she was so quick to respond and was so incredibly helpful no matter what it was about. I was able to be fully present and enjoy every single second of our wedding because I knew she was there handling everything. She understood my vision and executed it PERFECTLY. You can tell some people are made to be in this industry and she with her beautiful soul is absolutely one of them. She's such a gem of a human. I promise you, you will NOT regret going with Nickie, Ashely, and the entire Ohana at Loulu Palm. We cannot wait to go back and visit.
