        Our experience working with Hotel NoMa, Trademark Collection by Wyndham was quite disappointing. Their communication throughout the planning process was slow, unprofessional, and unclear. It often took multiple follow-ups to get responses, and the information provided was vague and inconsistent. This made it very challenging to finalize details. When you had multiple questions to ask, you had to speak to multiple different people in the hotel because it was a “different manager” or something within the hotel, therefore another couple days of waiting. The venue itself was decent, but the poor service and lack of organization really overshadowed any positive aspects. We reserved a private party for the night in the lounge, the staff would not allow my family that was under 21 to enter. It was a PRIVATE party with family after my wedding on a SUNDAY (I would understand a Friday or Saturday night). There was no communication that they would not be allowed to join. My wedding being on a Sunday night, we also had 30 rooms booked. We had zero comps included, we had 30 rooms booked, after party in the lounge until 12 am AND reserved the conference room for hair and makeup and they offered us nothing when we gave them so much. The rooms are outdated and small. Would not recommend again.

        My now husband and I had our wedding welcome drinks & apps here on May 24, 2025 and it was fantastic! We did a private shutdown to accommodate all our guests and wow did we throw a party! This is the perfect spot for any occasion and we'd highly recommend it. We worked with Rob Salese who was lovely to work with and the staff was fabulous. Definitely consider booking the NoMa Social for your events! 11/10!
