We had a great experience hosting our wedding at Whitby Castle. From the initial planning stages to the day itself, everything was handled with a high level of professionalism. Booking was straightforward and easy thanks to Ralph and Niki. On the day of the wedding, Roxy and Rosa kept everything moving exactly on schedule. Their coordination ensured that we didn't have to worry about the timeline, and the entire event ran smoothly from start to finish. The food was a major highlight. The chef did an excellent job, and the quality was consistent across every course. He personally talked to each of our guests as well. Our guests were genuinely impressed—we’re still getting compliments about the meal months later, which speaks for itself. We chose to use their vendor package and were very happy with that decision. It significantly simplified the planning process, and the results were exactly what we had hoped for. Overall, Whitby Castle delivered a fantastic day. It’s a beautiful spot, but the service and the kitchen are what really set it apart. Highly recommended.

Whitby Castle was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding day. From the very first interaction, their communication style was responsive, kind, and warm - they made us feel like we were their top priority. The quality of their work and the value they provided was nothing short of amazing, perfection, and beautiful. They constantly checked the weather to ensure our outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour were flawless, and their attentive staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. And the food - oh the food! It was even more amazing on our wedding day than the incredible tasting we had beforehand. Every single dish was out of this world delicious. We are forever grateful to the team at Whitby Castle for making our special day truly unforgettable. We had several add-ons (sushi, Venetian, and donuts and apple cider to go) and every single one was a hit. Every single guest kept talking about the food and how beautiful the venue is!! Who wouldn’t want to get married in a castle?

I cannot say enough amazing things about Whitby Castle! From start to finish, the entire team was absolutely incredible. They were so accommodating, organized, and made the entire process feel effortless — they truly have this down to a science. Every single detail was handled with care and precision. The staff was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind, making sure everything ran smoothly so we could just enjoy the day. I never once felt stressed — they made my life so easy! The venue itself was stunning, the food was outstanding, and the service was flawless. Every guest raved about how beautiful everything was and how seamless the day felt. If you’re looking for a venue that goes above and beyond in every way, this is it. I wish I could relive the day all over again — it was absolute perfection thanks to this incredible team!

Whitby Castle was the perfect venue for our wedding. The views are breathtaking, the interior is magical and the food I got nothing but compliments on. From the moment we first reached out, Niki’s communication was prompt and professional, putting our minds at ease throughout the entire planning process. All of my questions were answered and I went into the Wedding day, feeling at ease. On the day of the wedding Rosa and Roxy were absolutely amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better bridal attendant and maître D. They were phenomenal in ensuring our special day went off without a hitch. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we are so grateful to the entire Whitby Castle team for making our wedding day truly unforgettable.
