About this venue
Fox Meadow Barn is the the only event venue in Winchester, VA that will offer year round event rentals gatherings with climate control and plumbing amenities and the ability to be in an secluded field in the rustic atmosphere of a barn with exclusively your friends and family. Couples will have the luxury of a hotel, Walmart, Sheetz, 7-11, historic downtown Winchester which are all within a 2 mile radius. Services include, but are not limited to, weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties, work retreats, and essentially any gathering of people. We are committed to providing the highest quality venue in the Winchester, VA area.

Fox Meadow Barn at Cloverdale Farm was an absolute dream for our wedding day. From our very first interaction, Dixie was clear, understanding, kind, and beyond friendly in all of her communication. We appreciated how super communicative FMD was in us sending clear instructions and details we needed to know for our big day. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful! So spacious and equipped with what we needed. It was the perfect backdrop for our special celebration. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue to have our wedding at, and we're so grateful to the Fox Meadow Barn team for making our day so special. Highly recommend this stunning venue!
Our Dream Venue!!
What a beautiful venue!! We had people coming up to us and our parents (who had previously been to Fox Meadow Barn) months before the wedding complimenting our choice in venue! Dixie was an absolute dream to work with. So quick to respond and always helpful. We received so many compliments on our wedding day regarding just how wonderful and beautiful the venue truly is!
Gorgeous venue and customizable experience
Fox Meadow Barn is an absolute gem of a venue. A lot of our guests commented how beautiful the setting was and how gorgeous the venue was! We appreciated how much we were allowed to customize our wedding with this venue, unlike some others we toured which make you use their in house or preferred vendors, and we had an amazing day here. Dixie was responsive and easy to work with, answering all of our many questions super quickly.
Wedding vision come true!
This wedding venue was beautiful, from the serene outdoor atmosphere on open farm land, to the ceremony space, to the indoor venue with enclosed patio with string lights. We only had to add some florals and table decor to enhance the overall beauty. Not only does the venue already have an elegant and classic feel, Dixie was experienced, responsive, honest, and so helpful throughout the wedding planning process up until the day. She was also so accommodating. We had the option to hire our own vendors, if not from her recommended list. Because of this, we truly were able to make our wedding vision come true! Couldn't recommend this place enough.
