Ciel Creative Space offers the ultimate Bay Area event venue for creating unforgettable memories. Whether you envision captivating showcases, elegant fashion shows, timeless weddings, vibrant school events, or joyous birthdays, our Berkeley event space offers an artistic haven that transcends ordinary experiences. Wide variety of spaces, ranging from outfitted meeting rooms, to raw 3,700 sq/ft studios, to art-filled atriums. Elevated industrial aesthetic with massive paned windows, custom metal work, and bountiful plant life. Natural light or black-out options. Airy 24’ ceilings throughout the entire building. On-site EQ rentals and a vetted roster of trusted event vendors/partners.

The second biggest CYC studio in Ciel! Great for after parties, photo + film and so much more!

Studio 2 offers natural light as well as the ability to black out. As one of our private studios with a CYC, it has been the set for music videos, green-screened interviews, fashion editorials and art shows.

Studio 8 is our private, natural light studio with big, beautiful windows & lots of open space!

At 2,000 square feet, this studio has a dedicated street entrance, a loading dock, and a private kitchenette. A fan favorite, it’s perfect for photoshoots, fittings, and so much more.

Studio 5 is our largest open studio. It spans 3,700 square feet of raw industrial space with breathtaking natural light, blackout curtains, and a private loading dock. From multiple sets to large events, this studio has all the space you need to dream big.

A beautiful naturally lit space ready for creativity!

Studio 4 is our classic open studio. With natural light, a private loading dock, and direct access to the Cafe, this studio has set the stage for documentaries, commercials, multi-set e-commerce, and art installations. It even has the flexibility to open up with Studio 3 and the Atrium for more space.

    From the moment we first reached out to Ciel Creative Space, their events team was incredibly helpful, communicative, and friendly. They worked closely with our wedding planner to ensure every detail was taken care of, and were quick to adapt when we needed to make last-minute changes. The space itself is truly breathtaking - the luxurious, top-class design made our wedding day feel like a dream. The team was also incredibly hands-on, helping us set up and take down with ease. We cannot recommend Ciel Creative Space highly enough - their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to making our special day perfect were unmatched.

    Ciel Creative Space was the most magical place for our wedding. We used 3 different spaces in their building and our guests were blown away by the beauty, the ambience and how amazing the space was. The staff were brilliant and we couldn't recommend more. They are welcoming to all couples and LGBTQ friendly. The venue was minutes from hotels so our guests could celebrate and take an Uber/Lyft back to where they were staying.
