Perfect experience with the Marriott Burr Ridge
We had the pleasure and privilege of working with Fabiola, Lisa, and Jill as our event managers at the Marriott Chicago Southwest at Burr Ridge for our wedding weekend in April 2025. Throughout the planning process (January 2024 - April 2025), we probably had more than 100 questions varying in detail, and Fabiola / Lisa consistently answered our questions holistically with patience and grace. The staff is very knowledgeable and experienced with hosting Indian weddings successfully, which made the planning even easier. When the time came, Marriott worked seamlessly with all of our vendors and shielded us from logistics that we didn't need to get involved with. This took a huge load off of our shoulders, and gave us the space to prepare for our big day. Beyond helping perfect the details of the actual wedding events, Marriott was very helpful and responsive with helping us manage our hotel guest room block. Whether we needed an ad-hoc report of our currently booked rooms and/or a quick turn-around of adding more rooms to the block, they were always quick and happy to help. We would truly use the word "perfect" to describe how the weekend came together and it would not have been possible without all of the help, support and guidance from the Marriott staff. Thank you so much, we will always be grateful! We would 100% recommend the Marriott at Burr Ridge for any of your events, you will be in fantastic hands!

The Chicago Marriott Southwest at Burr Ridge was the perfect venue for our wedding reception. From the start, the team led by Lisa and Fabiola was incredibly communicative and responsive, which was especially helpful since we were planning the event from out of state. Once we arrived, they were extremely accommodating to any last-minute requests and made set-up a breeze. The staff was always kind and helpful throughout the entire process. And the presidential suite where we stayed was simply gorgeous - the perfect space for getting ready before and relaxing after our big day. The venue exceeded our expectations in every way and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Where do I begin to review the absolute best vendor in the world? My husband and I looked at one place before the Marriott for our wedding, and the second we saw the Marriott and started speaking to the sales manager, we were sold. They were so accommodating from start to finish. Jill, Faby, and the entire team met and exceeded every single one of our expectations. The marriott @ burr ridge is not only an amazing location, our guests loved it, the rooms were nice and updated, affordable pricing, BEAUTIFUL and HUGE ballroom, great food, and I cannot think of one reason not to book here. If you want a stress-free wedding process at a place that you. your future spouse, and all of your guests are going to love, then look no further. I will never stop recommending the Marriott @ Burr Ridge for hosting a wedding. The absolute BEST vendor. THANK YOU MARRIOTT for making June 8 the best day of our lives!!!!!!
