The virtual services of Marissa were gifted to me about 8mos prior to my wedding and I am beyond grateful. I am a terrible procrastinator and although I had been technically planning my wedding for months NOTHING was done. I was a little apprehensive at first as I wasn’t sure I could trust this complete stranger with my important day having never met her in person or seeing anything that she had worked on previously. It required a complete leap of faith, which I had to take as time was ticking and I was slammed at work. Marissa applied gentle pressure, got me on board and hit the ground running. She was so much more than my planner. She was my everything, my friend, my partner, my sounding board and more often than not my peace in the storm. My wedding was SPECTACULAR and it was everything I wanted and it was all because of Marissa. About 3 months prior to the wedding I realized I couldn’t have my day without her and my amazing sister who gifted me her services initially, hired her as my Day Of Coordinator. Best decision I made. I highly recommend Wing Woman Experience 1000%

Working with Wing Woman Exp (Marissa) was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. It was a blessing that my mom met her locally because I do not live in Atlanta and planning a destination wedding while in Nashville was much harder than I first expected. She was attentive, fast-responding, and always available to help with any questions or concerns we had. The quality of their work was truly amazing - she was detailed, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure our special day was perfect. Marissa even helped to design and print the shuttle schedule when the wedding was a few weeks out and I was very stressed with other items. We cannot recommend Wing Woman Exp enough to any couple looking for a wedding planner who will make the planning process seamless and the day-of execution flawless! She also was very considerate of our budget and helped to source vendors in Atlanta for us. She brought many vendor recommendations to the table within our price range and leaped into helping with research for us. In addition, she was more than willing to come tour the venue with or without us to ensure the proper planning was taken care of. And she brought the wedding party surprise shots for right after the cermony haha I loved it! I am very happy with how it all turned out!

Wing Woman Exp LLC is a boutique firm, which means you’ll work directly with me, Marissa, from start to finish. For larger weddings, I bring in trusted assistant coordinators or bridal attendants who have been personally trained to match my attention to detail and calm, professional energy.

Yes! I love curating milestone moments beyond the wedding day—bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, brunches, vow renewals, and even themed parties like murder-mystery dinners or wine-tasting nights. Every event receives the same level of care and creativity as my weddings.

Never more than one per day. My focus is on quality over quantity, ensuring every couple receives my full attention. On rare weekends with multiple events, each client has a dedicated lead and assistant coordinator so nothing is ever rushed or overlooked.

Gracefully and quietly. My background in corporate and event management taught me how to stay composed under pressure. Whether it’s a vendor delay, weather change, or last-minute timeline shift, my job is to find the solution before you even know there’s an issue.
