Wild Rose Planning & Events was established in 2021 by two wedding industry experts. Throughout our years in the industry, we felt there was a gap in the planning process, making it feel more like work than fun. We’re here to provide you with the experience you deserve — stress free, organized, and memorable!

We are your wedding planner but we hope to be so much more. We work closely with our couples, creating a genuine relationship that lasts far after the wedding day. Before the planning even begins, we want to know everything about you as a couple — your personalities, your pet peeves, your styles, your minds, what makes you tick — all of it. When we develop this deep foundation, we can make decisions exactly how you would make them and create a stunning day you’ve only ever dreamt about.

Description	For the couple who wants a stress free wedding planning experience. We take over the management of all vendors, review all contracts, plan your honeymoon, all while you don't lift a finger.	All of our packages are available for destination weddings, coordination can look a little different based on if you would like for us to travel with you or manage the event from afar.	For the couple who wants to be more involved in the wedding planning process. We will have monthly meetings and touch base on the vendors that need to be booked, create a detailed timeline, and of course will be there day of for your special day. I cannot recommend Wild Rose enough! We had a very unique wedding - split into 2 different events. They loved our unique, nontraditional, & alternative ideas from the beginning and worked so well with us within our modest budget! They also saw our vision from the very beginning. Wild Rose was always available to us, prompt with their responses, and encouraging of all of our ideas! Day of, they put in the most work to ensure our night was perfection and stress-free for us! They truly went above and beyond to ensure that the entire process was smooth and easy for us.

Working with Wild Rose Planning & Events was an absolute joy from start to finish. Their communication style was seamless, with Brenna and Molly frequently checking in to ensure we felt prepared and comforted throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work was truly exceptional - they customized every detail to perfectly reflect our vision and style. On the day of our wedding, they surprised us with a stunning seating chart and ensured we had nothing to worry about, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day. Brenna and Molly felt like family by the end, and we miss seeing them regularly! We are so grateful to have had Wild Rose Planning & Events by our side for our wedding.

Brenna and Molly were our wedding planners for about a year and a half. We primarily worked with Brenna in the beginning, and Molly became more involved with the details closer to the wedding day. They are nothing short of incredible. They never missed a meeting, always kept us on top of our schedule, and the day of coordination- WOW. Amazing. Any issue or hurdle, it was handled. Very professional, communicative, sweet, kind, and passionate. Thank you Wild Rose!

Brenna was our wedding coordinator and we could not recommend her more! We met monthly leading up to our wedding month and she kept us on track with the details and decisions. She was organized, positive, and had great communication with us and vendors. She helped us brainstorm ideas and always respected our decisions and what we valued. On our wedding weekend we met Molly and were immediately impressed by her professionalism, attention to detail, and style. Brenna and Molly made our wedding day go absolutely perfect. They handled all details both big and small which allowed me and my family to just enjoy the moments. From bringing us our dinner (we had a buffet), to grabbing my shawl when it got chilly, to keeping track of gifts and packing our wedding cake to go, to returning items to myself and vendors in the days following the wedding, they were so considerate and genuine. I am so glad they were a part of our day!
