WE BRING CALM TO THE CHAOS- The planning process and the wedding day itself can feel busy and overwhelming- our goal is to always be a calming presence and ease your worries every step of the way. WE ARE ALWAYS LEARNING- I pride myself on being a lifelong learner (and a bit of a nerd). I am constantly searching for podcasts, summits, and memberships that make me a better and more evolved planner, business owner, and leader. WE'RE DRIVEN BY LOVE- Everything we do here at Philosofi Celebrations is driven by love. Celebrating all love stories and spreading love to our couples, their guests, and our vendor partners are our top priorities.

You work full time and would much rather spend those non-working hours playing with your pups or organizing a community clothing drive than wedding planning. Let me take care of all the dirty details, from finding venues to tour all the way to getting you and your boo down the aisle. | As much as you love weddings, you’re a little bit overwhelmed by the idea of trying to plan one from start to finish. With partial planning, we have the flexibility to customize your planning process how you see fit. Need someone to help you create your budget? Just need a guide to touch base with throughout the process? I’m your girl. Once the planning is over, I handle those final tasks and take care of the execution of your wedding. | After all of your work planning a kickass day for you and your guests, you want to take a step back and soak up the memories with your loved ones. Best wedding decision you'll make!
I don't even know how to begin to describe how amazing Sofi is! She and her team are absolute gems. Sofi helped my now husband plan his proposal in September of 2024. It was such a wonderful and well thought out day, so naturally we had to have her as our wedding manager! Throughout the planning process, she helped us complete tasks on time, gave us great creative ideas and advice, and made sure that everything was prepped for our wedding day. Sofi does things far beyond what is expected. She contacted each of our vendors and made sure that they understood the plan for the day of and that nobody would have questions for me, my husband, or our families. Sofi and her team have wonderful attention to detail and set up our ceremony and reception spaces beautifully. On our wedding weekend, my husband and our families were able to completely relax and fully trust that everything was handled. Our day went perfectly thanks to Sofi. Several of our friends and family members told us that they noticed how kind and organized she is. We are eternally grateful to Sofi and know that we would not have had nearly as wonderful of a wedding without her. Choosing her as our wedding manager was the best decision we could have ever made!

Where do I begin? I knew Sofi was the right wedding coordinator for our August 2024 wedding within the first 5 minutes of our initial call. She's warm, confident and so patient - not to mention it felt like talking to someone I'd been friends with for years, not someone I was hiring. The two most valuable pieces of working with her was she starts weeks before the wedding, communicating to all our wedding vendors and perfecting the timeline. Not ONE SINGLE vendor or guest asked me a question on my wedding day!! What a dream. The second is that she is confident in taking charge of all the little micro decisions and issues that come up on wedding day. She just took care of it all so I could be present and enjoy the day. I was so relaxed during wedding day that I was ANXIOUS about how relaxed I was. All thanks to Sofi. Bonus points for the software you get access to when you work with her - it was incredibly helpful in the planning process. Hiring Sofi was the best wedding decision we made. I wish I had hired her to be our full or partial wedding planner. You are in the very best of hands with her and her team!
