We're Emily and Kritzie; the proud owners of Unruffled. We were brought together by the original founder, Veronica Dilorenzo, and it was a kinship from the first wedding! When Veronica made the decision to step away from the company, we immediately knew that with our combined experience of 10+ years in the wedding industry, along with the experience of working at New York City's finest Michelin-Starred restaurants and a background in Tv Production, we were the two halves that would make Unruffled a new whole. From intimate soirees to grand celebrations, we strive to make each and every couple's occasion one-of-a-kind!

    I truly cannot imagine our wedding without Emily and Kritzie. From the moment they stepped in as our month-of planners, everything started to fall perfectly into place. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and executed, from the stunning decor to the seamless timeline and the day felt completely stress-free because of them and their incredible work. Their warmth, positivity, and attention to detail are unmatched. Emily and Kritzie weren’t just organized and professional, but they made us feel genuinely supported every step of the way. While Kritzie worked closely with the venue to ensure every setup detail was perfect, Emily stayed with me and the wedding party, helping steam dresses, answering questions, and making sure everyone was calm, happy, and ready to go. Their communication with the venue and outside vendors was a game changer and took so much off our plate during the chaos of wedding planning. We were actually able to relax and enjoy the day because we knew everything was being handled with care and expertise. Our wedding wasn’t just an event; it was an unforgettable experience for us and our guests, and it was all thanks to Emily and Kritzie. They are the best duo you could ask for, and I don’t know what we would have done without them. If you’re looking for planners who are absolute pros and also bring genuine heart and joy to the process, do yourself a favor and hire them. We’re forever grateful and can’t recommend them enough!

    Hiring Unruffled was the best decision we did during our wedding planning process. Kritzie and Emily are experts in their field. They run their business with dedication and class. You can tell how passionate the two of them are. They were both so easy to communicate with. Unruffled created a full timeline of the day, handled all our vendor communication a month prior to the wedding (we utilized their day of coordination services), and even provided suggestions like finding a decor wall for our dream limoncello seating chart. Their services put us at ease leading up to the wedding and were incredibly helpful the day of. Because of Kritzie and Emily, my husband and I were able to feel like an actual guest at our wedding. The two of them handled everything behind the scenes and made sure everything aligned with their timeline. We worried about absolutely nothing the day of! Besides being good at what they do, Kritzie and Emily are both so personable and kind. We felt so comfortable with them since day 1 and it was so sad having our final debrief meeting after the wedding because we felt like they became friends through the process instead of just a one time vendor. Their day of efforts were beyond our expectations and even our family and friends at our wedding recognized their amazing work and attention to detail the day of. You won’t regret hiring Unruffled, I promise you!
