Nikki has spent over 20 years in the Wedding & Special Event industry. She has overseen and coordinated over 1500 Weddings and many other corporate meetings, birthdays, showers and more. From traditional to non-traditional we strive to make your day uniquely you! When not working weddings and planning events, Nikki enjoys traveling with her family, walking with her dogs while listening to podcasts, and crafting.
With over two decades in the wedding and special event industry we have the skills that only experience can an provide. We will ensure your event is seamless for you and all of your guests and vendors from our very first meeting through the very last dance.

Our Master Certified Wedding planners will make your dream celebration a reality by keeping you free of worry and on budget in this package. We'll guide you from Vendor selection to menu, design, and RSVP tracking. All ensuring your Wedding day is seamless, allowing you to enjoy every moment with your family & friends while we handle the logistics. | Let us help you plan out the remaining details of your dream wedding, ensuring a smooth and unforgettable experience. Our team of Master Certified Wedding Planners will guide you with vendor selection, final touches and be there for you the day of your wedding allowing you to relax and enjoy the process & the start of your new lives together. | The 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding will be a busy but exciting time filled with last-minute preparations and final touches. We assist in bringing your vision to life and ensuring that everything runs smoothly on your big day. | Our Master Certified Design Experts will sit with you for up to two hours for a Design Consultation, review contracts, and attend your Florist/decorator consultation and your stationary consultation. We will put together a 2D floorplan showcasing your venue and all the items chosen for your big day. These services can be added to any package for larger discounts. |

I cannot begin to express how thankful we are to Nikki and Sarah for everything they did to help us have the wedding we always wanted. From the very beginning Nikki helped us plan out all the steps to ensure that our vision was expressed. She always made sure we were getting what we needed and made us feel safe in our choices. The trust and expertise here is off the charts. I would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding. I don't know what we would have done without you both on the day of. You both made sure that our room looked exactly as we envisioned. You made sure all the signage and tchotchkes were put where they should be. You made sure we were taken care of throughout the whole day and we didn't have to worry about the other vendors as you made sure they set up and followed the itinerary. You helped our children make sure they walked in the room at the right time. I honestly can't say enough about you both. Nikki and Sarah are truly the dream team and I fell in love with both of them during our process. Thank you so much for making our day the best ever and for giving us those memories to always cherish. I left 5 stars but I wish I could leave a thousand. LOVE YOU BOTH!

Hiring a day-of coordinator was definitely the right choice for us, and Nikki did a great job with organizing venue visits, setting up meetings, and communicating with all of our vendors as the wedding day approached. We really appreciated that she kept many of the day-of coordination tasks off our plate, which helped us enjoy our wedding day. That said, if we were to do it again, we likely wouldn’t choose this coordinator. Our styles didn’t quite match, and we found her approach wasn’t as detail-oriented as we had hoped. We often needed to correct her on decisions that had already been made and documented, and during the rehearsal, we felt there was a lack of clear direction and attention to timing for the ceremony processional. Overall, while the service was functional and the support helpful in many ways, it wasn’t quite the right fit for us personally.
Organized, Experienced, and Talented
The Serendipity Collective, LLC is a pleasure to work with. Their communication style is responsive, collaborative, and organized, no matter what type of project is at hand. With her extensive experience in event planning, Nikki does a deep dive with each couple, resulting in a completely custom and personalized event. I would highly recommend The Serendipity Collective to any couple looking for a stress-free, tailored wedding experience.
