I’m a born and raised Arizona Native, lover of antiques and overly obsessed dog mom. My husband and I got married in November 2020, we’ve actually known each other since we were kids (cute, right?)! He’s my best friend, ultimate hype man and the muscle that keeps Sage + Stone going. So needless to say he’s pretty great. After 8+ years in the events industry, I’ve finally found my passion – creating one of a kind, unique to you wedding experiences for the wildly in love. So with the love and support from friends and family, I officially launched Sage + Stone Weddings on March 1st, 2021 and haven’t looked back since!

My approach to weddings is simple, I want to create a day that is 100% YOU. I believe wedding traditions are just suggestions and I’m down to toss them out the window if you are. I’m ready to start the greatest adventure whenever you are! xoxo, Codi

Description	I get it, wedding planning isn’t for everyone! Whether you’re feeling a little overwhelmed or planning just isn’t your thing, hand the reins over to us so you can sit back and enjoy your engagement. From sourcing vendors to custom designs, we handle all the heavy lifting so you don’t have to.	You don’t need to do all the work on your own, let’s grab some coffee (or margs!) and get this party started! I’ll provide you with the tools and knowledge to plan one hell of a wedding that’s a perfect reflection of your one of a kind love story.	custom packages available upon request	Your day of coordination but with a month of unconditional support. I’ll be your guide through the whole process and will officially take over 30 days before the big day. You’ve done all the hard work, so why not be in the moment and enjoy the wedding YOU created!

As a bespoke DJ company, we truly appreciate when a couple chooses to invest in a professional wedding planner and day-of coordinator—it makes all the difference. The extra hands, the attention to detail, and the seamless flow that comes from proper coordination are invaluable, especially on such an important day. We recently had the pleasure of working with Sage & Stone for the first time, and we were genuinely impressed. What stood out the most to us was how super detailed they were—just like we are! From the first point of contact through the end of the night, they were friendly, responsive, and fully invested in the couple’s vision. Thanks to the deep planning and preparation they brought to the event, the entire day flowed incredibly smoothly—even when we were hit with unexpected rain mid-ceremony through cocktail hour. Rather than missing a beat, we worked together like a well-rehearsed team. It honestly felt like we could read each other’s minds—everyone jumped into action with purpose and clarity, which made a potentially stressful moment feel completely manageable. Working with Codi was a top tier experience from beginning to end. She was so flexible and willing to work with us on every detail of our wedding, and also just helped with morale by being positive, solutions focused, and reliable, every time! The day of the wedding was incredible, the organization and execution were on point, and we are happy to say we were really able to have our dream wedding. Codi and her team were adaptable, reliable, and able to think on the fly. They made such thoughtful efforts to ensure we as the Bride and Groom really had the day to enjoy ourselves and not worry about anything the day of. We cannot rate Codi and her team any higher and anyone who works with them will not be disappointed!!!

Codi from Sage & Stone Weddings was a dream to work with! As a type A queen, I appreciated her level of detail so much and it made me feel so comfortable and confident that my wedding would go off without a hitch, which it did :) We live in Toronto so our entire wedding was planned online, but I never felt like I was at a disadvantage. Codi was so responsive and went out of her way to make sure everything detail was addressed. Due to an emergency, Codi was unable to be there the actual day of the wedding, but her team stepped up and handled the entire event flawlessly. Anything I needed, whether it be reminding me to step out of the sun when I was getting a bit red, to handing me a cup of water to make sure I was hydrated, to ensuring our wedding party and guests felt taken care of, they truly went above and beyond what I expected. I wish I could have a million weddings just so I can work with them again!! LOL. Anyone in the Phoenix area, please please please book Sage & Stone Weddings, you will thank me later!

From the first time I spoke to Codi, I knew we were in amazing hands with her as our wedding planner! She made our entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable - seriously I would have been lost without her! The planning process was so seamless and Codi thought of everything that I never would have even began to think about to make our day go so smoothly. Our wedding day was unseasonably hot at 105 degrees, but Codi and her team didn’t miss a beat! I thought I would be stressed about not being able to see our ceremony or reception space set up ahead of time, but by the day of the wedding I was so calm and had complete trust in Codi & her team to bring the vision to life. My jaw literally dropped when we walked into our reception for the first time - it was better than I could have even imagined. I kept saying to my husband, “I can’t believe this is OUR wedding”, it was seriously better than we could have even imagined. Not to mention that she brought the vibes dancing through our whole reception. At the end of the night, all of our stuff was perfectly packed up for us so we didn’t need to think about it. I can’t imagine our wedding without Codi, so do yourself a favor and hire her in any capacity that you are able to because she is 1000% worth it!
