Hi, I’m Jeanette – wedding planner, problem-solver, and the calm in your “OMG, what now?!” moments. At I Do Details Weddings & Events, I create a stress-free wedding day bubble so you can be fully present while I handle the chaos. Dress still has a security tag? Groomsman ripped his pants? A missing bouquet? Handled—without you even knowing. From my first wedding (for my best friend) to the jaw-dropping celebrations I plan today, I bring the same passion, creativity, and attention to detail. Let’s make your big day unforgettable!

My couples love the "wedding day bubble" I create—where you get to be fully present while I handle the behind-the-scenes chaos. Security tag still on the dress? A rogue groomsman with ripped pants? If you are looking for a planner to hold your hand (attend all your vendor meetings and visits) this is the package for you.

I help find all your destination wedding vendors and coordinate for all my busy brides.

This plan includes vendor referrals but allows you to have the flexibility of doing it on your own.

I come in about 30 days in and coordinate all the hard work you've done with your vendor team and takes it across the finish line so you don't have to run your wedding from the front of the altar.

    From the moment we first met with I Do Details Weddings & Events, we knew we were in excellent hands. Their communication style was friendly, informative, and always upbeat, putting us at ease throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work was truly amazing - they kept our day on track with their expert coordination, and even had little bridal kits on hand to solve any unexpected needs that arose. Jeanette, our planner, felt like a friend we had known for years, helping us with everything from vendor management to decor decisions. Our entire bridal party raved about her professionalism and how she took the stress off our plates so we could simply enjoy our special day.     I don’t know what we’ve would have done without Jeanette as our Day of Coordinator. My wife and I enjoyed an stress-free day as Jeanette was always one-step ahead. Every time I had a question, she had it taken care of well in advance. I can’t recommend Jeanette enough. She was truly amazing and will make sure you have nothing to worry about on your special day.

    Jeanette was absolutely amazing as my day of coordinator for my wedding. Every single detail she had taken care of and I could truly enjoy my day knowing that Jeanette had it covered. She also was able to find amazing vendors for my wedding that made my day even more special and memorable. She has an amazing eye for detail was an amazing advocate for me and my husband, was always quick to respond and had such a great eye for detail in addition to being very organized. She is such an amazing person and I truly enjoyed working with her!

    If you are planning a wedding or event, my number one advice would be to hire Jeanette. She knows what she’s doing, and if you’re anything like me, she will be there to lead you through every part of the planning process. I watched her as the day-of planner for my brother’s wedding and knew immediately she would be my first call when planning my own. She was communicative, always willing to schedule a zoom call if I had questions, and really helped with hiring and organizing vendors. When it came you our wedding day, I felt so at ease knowing she was handling all the setup and my wife and I got to just soak up the day. It’s also a bonus that she’s very cool and fun to hang out with! 10/10 would recommend any day! Thank you Jeanette!
