You plan, and we execute! The Wedding Coordination package is perfect for the couple who just needs help tying everything together. The month leading up to your wedding will go by FAST, which is why we fully take over 45 days before the big day.

    From the moment we hired Becca, we were impressed by her thoughtful and thorough communication style. She was always so quick to respond to our questions and patient with us when we didn't know the next steps. As soon as Becca took over, she hit the ground running and was so flexible with her time. On the day of our wedding, Becca and her team ensured we stuck to the schedule without ever feeling rushed.     We cannot say enough wonderful things about Becca and Alex! From the very beginning of the planning process all the way through the wedding day itself, they were nothing short of incredible. Becca’s organization, creativity, and calm presence made the entire experience feel seamless, while Alex’s support on the big day truly made everything run smoothly. They went above and beyond in every way, from helping with floral arrangements to ensuring even the tiniest details of our vision came to life. Thanks to them, everything looked absolutely stunning and felt exactly how we dreamed it would. On top of that, they kept us on schedule without ever making us feel rushed, which allowed us to be fully present and actually enjoy our day. We felt so at ease having them by our side, and we are endlessly grateful for their care, professionalism, and heart.     We reached out to Becca when we realized our wedding celebration day was going to be too much for ourselves or even trusted friends and family to coordinate on our big day. This ended up being the best decision we made for planning! Becca truly loves what she does and you can tell by how much care and thoughtfulness she put into every detail. She met with us multiple times while we were planning, helped us immensely with scheduling our timeline, and reached out to every single vendor so that they would reach out to her instead of us—which was so helpful as things got busier and busier! She also helped by making customized decals for our signage/mirrors and completely saw the vision for how decor would look! On the big day Becca was our biggest supporter—picking up our florals, arriving at the venue extra early, cut and arranged flowers for tables, decorated every table, organized drinks, made sure they stayed cold, and handled every detail for our entire timeline! Someone gave me advice early on to do whatever I could so that I could feel like a guest at my own wedding, and not have to make any decisions or answer big questions. Because we reached out to Becca and got her day of coordinator services that came true for us and I am so thankful!

    My wife and I just had the wedding of our dreams and we have Becca to thank for that! She was amazing for the whole entire weekend and the weekend would not have happened without her. From the early stages of planning the wedding, to the actual wedding day, we couldn't have chosen a more perfect person to coordinate our day.
