We eloped in Lake Placid with a small group of people this summer and hiring Placid Planner was the best decision we made. Elexis handled every detail. She built our website, created our e-invitations, managed the day of stationery needs, designed the tablescape, coordinated rentals, handled menu creation, and took care of all venue communication, guest lodging, and every vendor involved. All we had to do was make choices and show up. The entire experience felt calm, organized, and fun. If you want someone who truly handles everything, this is the company.

Planning a destination wedding in Lake Placid was overwhelming at first, especially since we live out of state and our venue’s staff was slow to respond and offered very limited details. We found Placid Planner after realizing we needed someone local who truly knew the area and could communicate directly with our venue. Working with Elexis made all the difference. She knows the area inside and out and handled every detail with calm efficiency. She not only managed the logistics flawlessly but also guided the overall design, helping us create a cohesive look that fit the setting perfectly.
