    We were introduced to Kelly halfway through our wedding planning process when we realized we needed coordination services. Kelly's team provides month of coordination services (among others) however, she was very helpful to us when we reached out with questions beforehand regarding vendor choices, and she saved us a significant amount of money. This was such a relief to us as we were overwhelmed with some unexpected costs that had come up from the owner of our venue. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable in all things wedding, despite our venue being located about 3 hours away from where her company is based. She was able to offer us so many helpful tips and refer us to more affordable vendors in the area. We also ended up renting several items from her company's inventory for our wedding weekend, which was so convenient. It was such a relief to have Kelly take over our vendor communication and coordination the month of our wedding, and her day-of coordination services (as well as running our rehearsal and helping set up for our rehearsal dinner) was extremely helpful and made our wedding weekend seamless. My only regret is that we did not hire her sooner in our planning process. Kelly's communication was timely and professional throughout the entire planning process, and I was so appreciative to have her and her team's help on one of the most important days of my life. I know that I could not have had the beautiful wedding I dreamed of without her and her team. She took care of all of the details, big and small. I cannot thank her and her team enough for all that they did for us and I would recommend their services to anyone looking for planning and/or coordination services!

    If I could give 0 stars I would. On our first visit we were no showed and sat outside the office for an hour. Kelly, wedding planner, did not return our call until the following days with the excuse everyone in their office was sick. We wished they would’ve let us know they were sick and cancel our appointment. They were late to every appointment we had with them except one, which was our decor appointment. Very poor communication. There was a period where the wedding planners phone was broken and we went weeks without responses right at a month before our wedding. I had photos and notes I took from our decor meeting of what we had decided for center pieces they did not bring them day of our wedding and there were other things that should have been present that were not. My father in law and brother in law were told they had to help move chairs with my father in laws bobcat during our family photo time by the planner. The photographer had to advocate that they couldn’t because they were needed for photos. Our catering team claimed to have left numerous containers of left overs with wedding planner but those were not found. Yet they had claimed they had a production team. Thursday before my husband waited all day because it was suppose to be production day starting at 9 am. No one arrives until 4pm so he had taken off work but didn’t need to. We voiced our concerns throughout the planning process and no actions were ever taken to compensate for the issues. All our vendors had complaints along the lines of Magnolia Lane was difficult to work with. They added so much additional stress.

    Hi Kristen, Thank you for your feedback. We greatly appreciate you expressing your concerns. While many of these were addressed prior to wedding day, we did set up for your Rehearsal Dinner and provide all tables and chairs as well as linen for it in response to the delay of communication during the broken phone period (which was 4 days, not weeks). As for vendors, our team was set up for failure due to a pre-determined mindset after we tried to rectify your concerns. Regardless of what we would have added to our services to make you feel better on wedding day- I doubt that would have changed your prospective. Unfortunately, all businesses will experience a dissatisfied customer, and I hate you felt that strongly about our services and expressed no compassion for the unforeseen phone incident. We do thank you again for leaving a review, as time is valuable- and sincerely wish you both the absolute best on your life journey!
