I'm Jamie! Owner and Lead Planner of Louisa Co. Events. I will assist you in the creation and execution of your dream event. Louisa Co. Events, founded in 2022, is a full-service Event Planning and Design company that specializes in weddings, elopements, anniversaries, and retirement parties across New England. I want every client to have peace of mind, to feel at the center of the universe and be completely present while savoring their well-deserved celebrations. I cannot wait to work with you!

    We are so glad that we hired Jamie to be our day of coordinator and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to be stress free on their wedding day. We had previously hired a different DOC who had to drop out due to personal health problems. Jamie came recommended to us through our florist who had worked with her before. From our first meeting with Jamie, she instilled a confidence in us that we had never felt with our previous hire. She is a great communicator and clearly laid out what responsibilities she would be taking on. She had a series of meetings with us leading up to the wedding, handled vendor communication in the final week before the event, and put together a timeline based on our preferences and vendor preferences. We also hired her to do the styling for our tables which turned out exactly the way we had envisioned. On the day of the wedding, Jamie and her team took care of executing the timeline and ensured the set up was done to our specifications. We had a small snafu where I had forgotten to get pens for the guestbook and she took care of it for us. I am sure there were other areas where the event did not go according to plan, but Jamie and her team took care of them all. My husband and I both agree that we had a perfect wedding!

    A decision I did not regret. I debated with the idea of a DOC for a little bit but honestly can say that Jamie and Sasha were immensely helpful with our 360 person wedding. Not only was Jamie there for the day, but also helpful leading up to the wedding. The meetings leading up to the event kept us organized and on top of things. She bought to my attention details that I hadn’t thought about, making us better prepared. Our wedding went off without a hitch! Jamie is very professional, personable, detail oriented and efficient. I highly recommend Jamie and her team!

    My husband and I feel so lucky and grateful to have had Jamie as our wedding planner. From the start, Jamie made us feel like we were in the best hands. We chose Jamie's "Partial Planning and Design" package and we're so happy with that decision. Jamie is beyond organized and experienced and we would have been lost without her. Everything went very smoothly from the start of the planning process to our wedding day. She delivered and then some. We can't recommend Jamie enough!
