We believe that like memory, fragrance builds identity. That is why we offer a level of personalization usually reserved for celebrity clientele. Every fragrance we make is made-in-house, and bottled by hand. We do not repackage or recreate pre-existing fragrances which allows us to choose every ingredient according to the values and preferences of our clients seeking bespoke services. You Make A Scent

Description

Join one of our exclusive perfumery workshops, or book a private experience for you and your bridal party. Discover the art and science of scents, and craft your own personalized perfumes, lotions, or liquid soaps. Prices start at $95 per person.

Fragrance Bar (Cognoscenti)

Description

Custom fragrance blending for large groups and events. A blend and go bar experience with guidance from scent stylists. This standard option includes samples for guests and the choice of alcohol or oil based perfume. Suitable for 25-1000 guests.

It was fantastic working with Pine 617 to create a custom fragrance for my wedding day. I worked directly with Maegan, who was so nice and enthusiastic and helpful. She really cared about the process and making a great product for us. She was also extremely accommodating, as we had a bit of a tight timeline for getting our scent created & shipped out. But it was still overall a smooth process. We LOVE our custom scent - it's definitely unique, with notes of cherry, cola, and popcorn to fit our movie-themed wedding. But despite the unconventional notes it's still a very sophisticated, alluring scent that my husband and I both love wearing - it's rare to find a truly unisex fragrance but this one is spot on, not too masculine or feminine. Our guests also have RAVED about the fragrance they received as favors at our wedding and have asked if they can get their own full-sized bottle. Could not recommend Pine 617 enough if you're looking for a truly customized experience!

This was a really exciting and Personal experience. Maegan curated an educational and highly interactive experience. I learned so much about perfumery and what chords I like and go well with skin. I appreciated the experience to smell pre-made blends. There were also really great bites: the charcuterie cups, mushroom things, fruit, wine and sparkling water available. I would definitely do this experience over again and bring more friends. Great value!

The team at PINE 617 was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the moment we first connected, their communication was constant and super informative, and they were incredibly patient as we worked together to bring our vision to life. The products they created for us were truly special - they made a custom perfume that captured the essence of our favorite movie! We wanted something really smokey and rose like and couldn't find anything in the store that was just right. Our planner found pine 617 and the perfumer helped us realize what we liked and didnt like in perfume. I have eczema and rarely wear perfume unless its on my clothes, but I rented my wedding dress. The lady at pine said they could make us a lotion! The body lotion has allowed me to carry the scent of our wedding day with me everywhere I go. The rosy floral notes are simply divine, and I love how it blends seamlessly with any other fragrances I wear. They truly went above and beyond to make our day feel fun and unique, and we are so grateful for their incredible work. We give them our highest recommendation!

I have never worked with someone as attentive and intelligent as Maegan! I loved creating a custom scent with her for my wedding. Everything was absolutely perfect and what we wanted, down to the packaging and the perfume was incredible. I'm so grateful that I chose Pine 617 to make my perfect day even better!

We typically recommend inquiring at least 4 months before your wedding, and paying for the service at least 3 months prior. Fragrance formulation takes a lot of time and requires multiple revisions. The smaller your timeframe, the more limited we will be in terms of ingredients, formula options, and meeting all your requirements.

We do not have a storefront which allows us to be extremely flexible with where we can host a workshop. We can come to any venue of your choice, including your home, office, ceremony venue, or private restaurant dining room. We require access to a sink, appropriate seating, and adequate space for set up.

No. We see original compositions as art pieces belonging to the original artist. We do not create dupe fragrances because of this philosophy. We can however create a perfume inspired by your current fragrance rotation.

Yes! We can create a bespoke fragrance for you through virtual scent consultations. We will mail you fragrance consultation materials to get a better understanding of your personal preferences.

Yes, we can match your theme.

If you book our services 3-5 months in advance we can travel to provide services for an additional travel fee. The fee amount depends on the service booked, and the distance needed to travel. We require this amount of time so that we can make proper arrangements to transport our materials to and from the destination safely.

Absolutely! Any of our signature scents featured on our website can be used as wedding favors.

First and foremost we will discuss your vision, budget, and expectations for any of the services you are interested in. Once we finalize a plan of action and quote, you will receive our service agreement contract, and an invoice. Depending on the service, once the invoice is signed we will make all necessary arrangements to provide the services you have purchased.

We understand that things do not always work out the way that we plan, especially when it comes to large events. That is why our termination policy is customized to each couple based on the service, the date of service/wedding, and our progress made towards completing those services at the time of termination. We will refund any prepaid, unused fees for services excluding non-refundable deposits for services terminated within the time frame listed in the service agreement. Depending on the service and payment agreement, you may still be liable for any unpaid fees for the time period before termination.

All of our products are safe for travel and should not cause problems in a checked or carry on bag.
