Hey there! Welcome to Lebeaux weddings and events. I'm a Day of Coordinator with 7 years of experience in the St. Louis Wedding biz. I'm here to take ahold of your existing plans and turn them into a stress-free reality. I love to talk through your vision, reach out and we can set up a quick call or email to discuss further.

I'm an artist and previous DJ! Before coordinating I spent years as a wedding DJ. I know all about what the vendors need and what will work best for them. I'm also used to running the event and herding the cats. As an artist I provide the creative solutions and vision to make sure everything is perfect while you are relaxing and getting ready. You can trust me to make things look good. I think of all the little details to optimize everything you have already worked hard on.

Description

I'm there to execute your pre-existing plan and use my years experience to advise. We start chatting two months out from your day, with email and phone any time. Day of, you have me 6 hours on top of your event time. Usually between 10-12 hours. I will organize vendors, direct and assist set up and tear down. I'm also available for a run-through at rehearsal dinner. You can always add time on top as well.

    I cannot say enough amazing things about Rachel! She was an absolute dream to work with! She was so warm and fun, a great listener, and a true professional. Rachel absolutely knocked it out of the park!! As a DoC we didn't need much in terms of coordinating a lot of moving parts for our day and we already booked all our vendors and had our planning essentially done. We just wanted someone to take care of the set up/tear down at the venue and be the main point of contact for the vendors that wasn't me (the bride) as well as make sure everything was running on schedule on the wedding day. We had our first meeting with Rachel about two months before the wedding and she took us through a very thorough check list of all the things that she would need to take care of and what the day would look like. Once we passed on all the vendor info and planning details to Rachel, the stress of the big day eased up so much! We felt like we were in such great hands with Rachel the whole time leading up to the wedding day. On the actual big day, she took charge of all the set up with the venue, catering, photobooth, decor, cake, and florist. She made sure I didn't have to think about anything leading up to the ceremony and throughout the reception. Afterwards, she packed up all the flowers, decor, and anything else that we needed to take home while my husband and I talked to guests at the end of the reception so by the time we were done, everything was ready to go for us. So if you are maybe considering tacking on her DOC services, DO IT! She was one of the BEST decisions we made during the wedding planning process. Hire her, you will not regret it!

    Rachel, We can’t say how much we appreciate all you did for us! Sara made the best choice when she contacted you and the three of you made such a great team! Everything looked wonderful, the day went smoothly, on schedule and everyone enjoyed themselves. The dance floor was full till the last song, which I don’t see often at weddings.     Rachel Lebo was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding day. From the very first phone call, her communication style was personal, friendly, efficient, and informative. She clearly took the time to understand our music preferences and the vibe we were going for. On the day of, Rachel's hard work, intuitive sense of the room, and energetic presence helped ensure everything ran smoothly. She seamlessly handled the setup, kept the dance floor packed all night, and truly made our celebration so much fun for us and all our guests.     We hired Rachel as our Day of Coordinator for our September 2024 wedding and it was the best decision we made. Our wedding simply would not have been the same without her. One of the first recommendations I make to someone getting married is to hire a coordinator for their wedding - and this is entirely because of our experience with Rachel. She prompted us on the right questions for things we never would have considered, and was a huge help in guiding us on the timeline of events.
