I know wedding planning can be super stressful and I am here to make it easier. I have been DJing weddings for over 6 years and one of my favorite parts of the job has been making your event run super smoothly. I will go over order of events with you to make sure the night flows perfectly, MC your night, and of course play all your favorite music to make sure everyone is dancing and having the best time. I also offer a package with more in depth day of coordination to make sure that you don't have to worry about the cake, the flowers, or watching the clock on your big day.

Price$2,200
This package is great for couples who want everything under one roof. I will be there on your day right from the beginning of the day, coordinating set up, and vendor arrivals. I will field concerns and last minute issues all day so that you can relax. I will then transition into your MC and DJ as guests arrive and can be there to solve issues up until the Dance floor when I will be actively DJing. After we dance the night away, I will organize tear down.

Rachel was PERFECTION!
I cannot say enough amazing things about Rachel! She was an absolute dream to work with! She was so warm and fun, a great listener, and a true professional. Rachel absolutely knocked it out of the park!! As a DOC: We didn't need much in terms of coordinating a lot of moving parts for our day and we already booked all our vendors and had our planning essentially done. We just wanted someone to take care of the set up/tear down at the venue and be the main point of contact for the vendors that wasn't me (the bride) as well as make sure everything was running on schedule on the wedding day. We had out first meeting with Rachel about two months before the wedding and she took us through a very thorough check list of all the things that she would need to take care of and what the day would look like. Once we passed on all the vendor info and planning details to Rachel, the stress of the big day eased up so much! We felt like we were in such great hands with Rachel the whole time leading up to the wedding day. On the actual big day, she took charge of all the set up with the venue, catering, photobooth, decor, cake, and florist. She made sure I didn't have to think about anything leading up to the ceremony and throughout the reception. Afterwards, she packed up all the flowers, decor, and anything else that we needed to take home while my husband and I talked to guests at the end of the reception so by the time we were done, everything was ready to go for us. So if you are maybe considering tacking on her DOC services, DO IT! As a DJ: Rachel really knows her stuff when it comes to music! She has so much experience and it definitely showed during our DJ planning meeting with her. She was so open and flexible in what we wanted to do and the certain songs we wanted to be played. She wanted to know the overall atmosphere for each section of the wedding so she could curate the perfect soundtrack for the day. She successfully delivered the main thing I wanted at my wedding - a fun dance floor! She had everyone up on their feet and played all the songs we wanted to hear as well as making sure to play other songs that kept people on the dance floor. We had a lot of guests tell us they really enjoyed our DJ! She will do anything you want, no matter what your music taste is! She was perfect! I will be referring Rachel like crazy to everyone! She was one of the BEST decisions we made during the wedding planning process. Hire her, you will not regret it!
Dj and day of coordination
There are not enough words to describe our experience with Rachel. Used her as both our Dj and day of coordinator and she absolutely exceeded any expectations. We didn’t give her a ton to go off of in terms of music to play and she totally nailed it anyway. There was not a single skip all night. And her day of coordination services meant that we didn’t have to deal with any problems day of or deal with cleaning up. Cannot recommend her enough. Her personality is truly so easy to like and every meeting with her we left feeling like everything would work out and she had it under control.

Rachel is hands-down the best DJ we could’ve asked for. She was so easy to work with - super friendly, professional, organized, and her joy for the job is so evident through her care for every detail. You can tell she genuinely cares about making the experience incredible - not just for the couple, but for everyone at the party! Beyond keeping the dance floor grooving all night long - she brought such a fun & positive energy that just made the night even THAT much better. 10/10, no question. DJ Rachel Lebo was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding day. From the very first phone call, her communication style was personal, friendly, efficient, and informative. She clearly took the time to understand our music preferences and the vibe we were going for. On the day of, Rachel's hard work, intuitive sense of the room, and energetic presence helped ensure everything ran smoothly. She seamlessly handled the setup, kept the dance floor packed all night, and truly made our celebration so much fun for us and all our guests. The day would not have been nearly as special without Rachel's exceptional skills as both a DJ and day-of coordinator. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
