    Isabela was our day-of coordinator, and she truly went above and beyond on our wedding day. From bringing her own décor to help fill in missing pieces, to literally driving to Publix in the middle of the wedding to get us water when we ran out, she was incredible. She always made sure to communicate any changes she made to the décor we had already set up, which I really appreciated. Most importantly, she kept everything organized and running smoothly, making the day far less stressful and so much more enjoyable. I cannot recommend her enough for any future weddings!

    was a bit disappointed. I sent pics of table setups and they were a little different than what I said and it actually messed up a few images. The biggest thing was I lost my brother 3 years ago and he was the closest thing to me. My friend went to help set up and brought my “in memory “ set up and showed coordinator my text clearly stating that it goes on one of two tables: the gift table or dessert table. Well it got put on a guest table in the corner of the room where it wasn’t even noticed. When it was brought to her attention that I wanted it elsewhere it wasn’t listened to. This was honestly the most important piece of decor and it was treated like whatever. It took my photographer going in and moving it prior to me walking in. So I was very let down bc something so important that came with clear directions was disregarded. There was a bit more issues too. But that was the ones I was most disappointed with. She did a good job staying at the event hall and allowing the vendors to set up. I don’t usually write negative reviews, but this was a bit much for me.

I can understand how upsetting it must have been, particularly with the 'in memory' setup, and I sincerely apologize for the confusion around that. I want to clarify a few things in response to your review. The service you contracted with me was specifically for setup, and while I did offer to assist with a timeline to help you on the day, I was primarily responsible for setting up the decor. During setup, I did send you photos to ensure everything looked as you envisioned, and I appreciate you approving the layout at that time. Regarding the 'in memory' setup, I initially placed it on the grandmother's table due to space limitations on the gift table, as it was already filled with heavy items like the seating chart. I did ask the second shooter photographer to check with you about potentially moving it, as I didn’t want to disturb you during your portrait session. After this was communicated, the item was moved, and I made sure to inform your fiancé about the changes made during the setup. I also want to clarify that while I was there for setup, I wasn’t hired to manage vendors or coordinate the day's events, as my role was limited to decor placement. I understand this is a lot to manage on such an important day, and I truly did my best to support where I could within the scope of my service. Again, I’m sorry that your day didn’t go exactly as planned, especially given how meaningful the details were to you.     Lambert Weddings was a fantastic wedding planner for our big day. They were highly communicative throughout the entire planning process, following up with us several times and sending multiple reminders to ensure we stayed on track. She was very hard-working and did an excellent job - making sure all of our DIY decorations were perfectly placed, and were incredibly helpful in keeping the timeline running smoothly. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planning experience. Highly recommend Lambert Weddings!

    Isabela was an amazing day of coordinator for me! I’m usually very type A and finding someone I felt comfortable handing things off to for the day of was a lot of pressure, but she made it so easy. She really went above and beyond just the day of and even took our camcorder and recorded stuff for me the whole night. My day wouldn’t have flowed nearly as smoothly without her. Definitely recommend! :)
