Hali & Lelia are the BEST!
Hali did a tremendous job with coordinating our wedding. My husband and I both have very busy jobs and live in a different state than where we got married, and Hali's coordination was paramount in the success of our wedding weekend. From the start, Hali was extremely organized, professional, friendly, and is a great problem solver. The few times we had issues leading up to the wedding, Hali was always ready with a suggestion. This really put me at ease and reinforced her expertise. She is also very timely with her responses to emails/texts which made planning much easier for me - so many people nowadays take days to respond, so it was a relief that Hali was so responsive. Additionally, my husband and I are fortunate to have large families that all wanted to be involved in helping with the wedding, and Hali and Lelia did a great job of seamlessly coordinating everyone's efforts. On the day of the wedding, I truly felt like I could sit back and relax. Hali and Lelia took care of everything, from corralling everyone to where they needed to be, setting up/breaking down decor, and even fixing my hair and bustling my dress. So many people at the wedding told me what a wonderful job they did. I would absolutely recommend Hali and Lelia to anyone looking for a professional, organized, efficient, and fun wedding coordination team!

Forevermore Weddings was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Hali, our wedding coordinator, was quick to respond, incredibly kind, and consistently helpful throughout the entire planning process. Her attention to detail and organizational skills were invaluable - she picked up our wedding cake and all other supplies, handled an odd guest interaction with grace, prepared and maintained a seamless timeline for the day, and proactively reached out to vendors in the week leading up to the wedding to ensure no hiccups would occur. Lelia was the most kind, genuine and helpful wedding coordinator. Our biggest advice to newly engaged couples is that they (and especially Lelia) are worth their weight in gold. Lelia knew our hearts, vision for the day and took care of all the details and communication. She was always quick to offer advice and listen to how we were feeling. We couldn’t image our day without her!!

Hali was always on time with communication throughout the entire wedding preparation process. She was highly organized, very calm, helpful, and encouraging in all written and verbal communication. She was willing to meet us at the venue or virtually to talk through potential issues and often offered invaluable insight from her years of experience. On the day of the wedding her and her assistant were very helpful and brought a sense of peace to the chaos of the wedding day. She worked quietly and calmly behind the scenes as we navigated potential weather issues. She helped us stay on the timeline that she created and worked closely with our vendors to ensure everyone and everything was ready to go for the ceremony and reception. We really enjoyed working with Hali and would recommend her if you need someone with experience to coordinate your wedding! She was a blessing to us and our family that day.
