Hello! My name is Madelaine, owner of Exquisite Elegant Events LLC. I’m thrilled to be part of your wedding planning journey. My goal is to take the stress off your shoulders so you and your families can enjoy every moment of your special day. I’ve lived in Central Florida since I was five and know the area well. With a degree in Event Management from UCF, I’ve built a business focused on bringing each couple’s unique vision to life. Weddings are my passion, and I’m committed to making every event truly exquisite. I look forward to working with you—congratulations on your upcoming nuptials!
My background in luxury hospitality and my Event Management degree from UCF give me both the creative eye and operational skill to flawlessly execute your day. I understand venues, vendors, timelines, and guest experience on a deeper level than most planners. My couples always say I’m the calm in the chaos. Day of Coordinator
Exquisite Elegant Events LLC was an absolute joy to work with for our wedding. They were communicative and responsive throughout the entire planning process, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. The quality of their work was excellent - everything ran smoothly on the day, with all of the vendors seamlessly coordinated under their direction. Madelaine and the team at Exquisite Elegant Events did a wonderful job at a recent wedding. The communication was fantastic and everything was very well organized. There was a possible weather situation and due to their excellent planning and hard work, the problem was easily averted and the couple had the wedding ceremony they had hoped for. From the moment we booked Madelaine with Exquisite Elegant Events LLC as our wedding planner, we knew we were in good hands. Madelaine was there every step of the way, and her communication was more than we could have ever asked for! Madelaine takes so much pride in her work, and she made sure every detail was perfect and exactly what we envisioned for both our ceremony and reception. My grandmother passed away just a couple of weeks before my wedding, and she was such an important part of my life. I knew I wanted a remembrance table at the front of the ceremony, but I couldn't bring myself to set it up. I didn't see it until I walked down the aisle, and the way Madelaine arranged everything was exactly what I had envisioned to honor her. It meant the world to me.
