Hello! My name is Rachel Anderson, the creator behind Emerald Events LA. I'm an experienced event planner with certifcations from internationally recognized QC Event School. With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality & wedding industry, I am confident I can create any vision you have for your next event.
My passion has been hospitality for over 15 years. 4 years ago I decided to to branch out and show clients what Emerald Events LA is capable of with their events. Whatever vision you have, big or small, I’m dedicated to making your idea come to life, in a way guests will never forget.

Forever Grateful
Emerald Events LA was an incredible wedding planner to work with. From the start, they demonstrated a thorough, open, and thoughtful communication style that put us at ease. Their experienced and detailed approach was invaluable throughout the planning process. On the day of our wedding, their incredible work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail ensured everything went off without a hitch. Whenever I forgot something or needed assistance, Rachel from Emerald Events was there to handle it with ease. Many of our guests commented on how stress-free I was, which was a direct result of Emerald Events' amazing service. I trusted them completely, and they exceeded all of my expectations. I have already recommended them to my brother for his wedding and he’s not even engaged yet.
Fantastic Coordinator
Rachel was absolutely amazing! She worked with me for several months to help create my dream wedding. She is so friendly, easy to communicate with, and always quick to respond. Since I was planning my wedding out of state, Rachel made the whole process so much easier, she even visited the venue when I couldn’t and kept me updated with every detail. We had many phone calls to ensure everything was in line, and her dedication gave me such peace of mind. She also hired wonderful serving and bartending staff who made the day run seamlessly. On top of that, her day-of assistant, Leah, was fantastic and so friendly. I highly recommend hiring Emerald Events for your wedding,you’ll be in great hands!

I don’t even know where to start, Rachel was an absolute lifesaver. Planning a wedding is no joke, and she made the entire process way easier than I ever expected. She thought of things we never would’ve considered, handled every curveball with total grace, and made sure everything ran smoothly the entire day. What really stood out to me was how calm and confident she was. No matter what was happening, she always had a plan, and it gave us so much peace of mind. On the day of the wedding, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. We just showed up and got to actually enjoy our wedding, which I’ve heard isn’t always the case for couples, so we feel super lucky. If you want someone who’s professional, easy to work with, and just really good at what they do, Rachel is your person. Couldn’t recommend her more.
