Hi Taylor! Thank you for your kind words. I sincerely apologize that you felt the timeline of communication wasn't what you expected! I'm surprised to hear that you felt this way as we emailed almost daily starting over a month before your wedding to discuss wedding details. We had a one hour details meeting and I toured the venue with your mom to further discuss the details. This is the standard process for month of coordination and if you ever felt that you could benefit from another details meeting, I would have been more than happy to schedule that if I had known! The vendor communication began 30 days before your wedding to discuss timeline details with all of the vendors. I'm so sorry that this package wasn't your ideal experience! It sounds like a further out package may have been a better fit for you. I apologize that you felt the rehearsal was unorganized! We rehearsed the ceremony exactly as we discussed and it went almost perfectly by the second run through. The wedding day was seamless and beautiful despite the last minute changes due to the unexpected weather. It was a blessing to be a part of bringing it all together! The table numbers were placed on each table in the correct order prior to the reception so someone may have overlooked them and this is why you thought they weren't out, I'm not sure. I followed the boutonniere list that I was given and I can assure you that your grandfather did receive his as soon as I saw him! I'm so sorry that your father didn't receive one, if he were on the list that I was given I would have made sure that he had one! I apologize that I wasn't present during the marriage license signing. It was scheduled to take place during the cocktail hour, however, due to the last minute rain plan change of flipping the reception setup during this time, my assistant and I had to use the full cocktail hour timeframe to setup the reception space and set out each centerpiece, place card, table number, etc. I feel so terrible that you felt there were things missed and the month of coordination service wasn't what you expected. We may have benefited from a second consult call once you decided to book this package instead of the original package that we discussed on our consult call. I pray that you will take only the best and happiest memories from your dreamy wedding day!
